Let’s just say, when you have to sign a release form to eat the spiciest chicken, you need to respect that it’s going to be really hot.The chicken is tender. The bun is fresh. The sauce is a nice addition.I asked for Medium. It was spicy enough. Others at my table took the supreme challenge. Went through many cups of liquid and napkins. lol. Memories

For 20 minutes wait which is extremely long for such a place and I was only customer there, store was completely empty when I came in, I got my chicken sandwich with cold buns and cold cheese just from fridge which didn't even melt (check photo so u can see the cold still piece of cheese). I asked cashier as soon as I see not melted piece of cheese in my chicken sandwich why is it like that , he didn’t seem to care at all, he just respond “yeah that’s how it comes, we just add cheese” like ok? Should I teach you how cheese should look in warm chicken sandwich or what ?Also taste of coke from soda machine was horrible with some taste of Clorox or something like that.Sitting there for 20 minutes and getting horrible chicken sandwich with bad drink is one thing but when someone from staff took tv remote and turn volume up and instead of chill music which was there whole time he put some unknown rap which probably was only for himself, it makes everything even worse. Very disappointed in this place, service and staff.

This place was good but not great. Reasons why are bc I feel everything was a little overpowering. Fries were cooked well but wayyy too salty for my liking. Same goes for the burger. I love spice but since I'm breastfeeding currently I ordered my burger medium spice and let me tell you that was super spicy! So if you have kids I suggest ordering a spice level down at least. I got my kid an order of chicken and fries and she couldn't eat it, and we are a family who likes our spice. The flavors and food are all there and cooked well but the levels should be redone bc they aren't accurate.

We ordered a combo #1 and #3, for me I like their chicken sandwich, the combination with coleslaw(?) was good. I like it for that the chicken was moderate seasoned and not too salty.The buns were good to eat along with the chicken.The fries were also in good quantity, nice fries, the only thing I would say is the seasoning was too salty for me so I couldn't eat more of the fries.One thing is that their staffs are nice, but there were not many staffs (only 1 in the counter and seems to be only 2 in the kitchen), so you'd expect to wait a bit longer (we waited for 30-45mins and there were about 4 people before us), but their meal seems to be made fresh so I think it's worth the wait.
Main Chick ALWAYS delivers! From service to the quality of food, they are just solid through and through! This place is part of our restaurant rotation every week lol! My orders always come out hot and fresh off the fryer, chicken is always crispy and juicy and the fries omg the fries are so addicting so you can definitely tell they take quality seriously. My son's fave fries and mac n cheese ever! Yes the food comes out about 10-12 mins but it's because they are cooked to order people!! You are actually getting a freshly made food for a place that's fast food! As for people that complains about the price, do your math and compare how much u pay and with what u get cuz as far as I know I never spend less than $20 at some fast food places and you're talking about fast food not decent quality food. The ambiance here is always chill and the staff is always friendly. You get greeted and feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. The dining is kept clean, bathrooms are clean. Kudos to you guys!

Amazing food and service! We love it every time we get the chicken sandwiches from here. Best crispy fries too. My kids love the Mac n' cheese as well. Definitely recommend!

Came across this place randomly while shopping nearby. The food and portions were good. I got level 4 spiciness and found it to be spicy and flavorful. I felt like the chicken sandwich was a bit dry for my taste. Crinkle fries were crispy! The prices are on the high side with my combo having a smaller sized chicken sandwich, fries, and large chicken tender- NO drink with combo. The atmosphere was ho-hum with loud random radio station playing over the speakers. The bathroom was not great, verging on gross.
