I love panda express but this one in particular sucks. Starting with the promotional sign for 1.50 for an extra small entree... but that's not a promotional price... that's the normal price. They clearly don't understand basic math. The people behind the counter are a little dense. Won't be returning to this one

I've eaten at this location multiple times and the food is consistently sub-par compared to other Panda locations. Food seems to be served old, is less flavorful, and appears to be less well cooked overall. Some staff also have attitude. Go to another Panda location if you can!

The table emits a disgusting odor, as if it has been wiped with a dirty cloth. The same smell is present on the tray, making it unappealing to eat inside the restaurant.

Bad restaurant and rude staff , they try to gave me a pre- packed cold meal , and when i asked her is this food for me , she said yes , and when i asked why it is pre- packed !? She answer we ran out of this item !? And after one minutes we got a hot meal , be careful they try to display fresh and push old one in the bags .

We visited the place for the first time and we were totally displeased with the service especially by the senior person out there . She was too rude ,and not at all patient while handling us . Inspite of their mistake in billing she was so loud and unpleasant , gathering other customers attention onto us . We wouldn’t recommend this place, to other folks . Usually Panda Express is so good , but service in this outlet cannot be accepted at all.

I never write reviews because I usually just go with the flow and don't bother with getting upset over trivial things. However I Had an online order that showed up early and yet the food was still cold which made it clear to me that it was cold arriving from the store as it's also less than a 5 minute drive from my house meaning the driver couldn't have let it get cooled down as much as it was. Not only was the food cold upon arrival, the portions they gave for broccoli beef was also absurd and borderline disrespectful as it was barely any beef and more so only broccoli. I recommend ordering from a different Panda Express if you are in the Northridge area. It would honestly be worth the extra wait just to order from a different Panda Express.
Great place to go! Food was made by a handsome guy named Joseph and another named Juno. Would definitely recommend eating if they’re cooking!

Yesterday 6/1/2023 we got three different plate from that place and after dinner every one got belly pain and problems for whole night. I will Recommend city to check that place. Brothers and Sisters be careful. I'm eating panda food sometimes, that first bad experience. Love to everyone ?
The fresia girl working at the register touches the lids with her unsanitary gloves then gets annoyed with a customer when they pointed it out. I walked out. Was also double charged for just two dbl orange chicken & rice plates. I Will be filing a police report.
