I had items missing from my order. They were nice on the phone to offer apology and options but the issue was that I did not get my coffee with my breakfast and my breakfast sandwich was missing the bacon and cheese and I only had the egg on my bread.

Accuracy and quality obviously do not matter here. I clearly added other toppings to my sandwich-and it wasn't anything crazy... but someone didn't care and didn't bother to follow modifications (see receipt). On top of that, why would you give your customers rotten avocado? It ruined the taste overall, and I could not eat it. What is the point of even giving that $3 tip (or any tip for that matter) for completing what are basic functions of your job? Yes, it is my fault for not changing that default $3 on settings before submitting my order, but also my bad for wasting my money here. Please have someone actually check for accuracy and quality as people who rely on the convenience of ordering online and have their food delivered pay EXTRA for that convenience. So so disappointed... and now hungry.

Coming back to update my review after many years and many attempts to enjoy my food at this Panera location. I'm constantly disappointed, there is always something wrong with my order no matter what I get. On top of the already absurd prices for the amount of food you're getting, I'm just going to stay away from Panera altogether -- but this location is by far the worst for me.

While there are several sandwich establishments to choose from, I go to Panera Bread mainly for their Turkey Avocado BLT. The sandwich now stands at close to $15 and comes in two parts. I always order it for carry out and request that each sandwich be wrapped separately. I either share the other half or eat it as a second meal. It also comes with a bag of their crispy potato chips. I go for the sandwich with everything as described and add extra onions, cilantro and cucumber. The main reason this is my favorite is because the meat is sliced from a turkey breast and is not deli meat. In addition, I place the order on their app. By the time I get there for pick up, it is ready and packed, sitting at the assigned counter with my name on it. The whole process is seamless and hassle free....with the sandwich having a good bite, balanced flavor and satisfying taste.

My husband and I ordered a half sandwich and then the guy asked if we wanted a soup also but he failed to offer us the deal you have and we paid 16.99 each which came out to $44 no wonder there were only 4 people in the restaurant I guess they need to make there quota for the day!!!!!!We will never come back here and I told the kid it was my bday and I couldn't find my app but my husband had one and he didn't even give us the darn muffin! Also couldn't even eat the bread it was cold and the crust was like cardboard!!! What a rip off this place is!!

I ordered ahead for their bagels for work. This was the best decision as I got a better price and quality for the value of my money!I used to visit Best Western but Panera offers way more options, food and value. If you don't need the cream cheese that best western offers, then I recommend Panera for bagels.Their dozen is 13 and they offer mini bagels for little ones. Most impressive was the size of the bagels and how prompt I was able to get my order.I was pleasantly surprised to find a manager on premises once they opened up early in the morning.I got prompt and accurate service!

Can't say enough about this Panera Bread location. Awesome staff, quick service, on top of their cleanliness and above all: They gladly welcome anybody, regardless of thier background and lifestyle choices. The vibe here makes you feel at home and not worried about being judged, leaving you free to charge up your phone, plug in the laptop and watch a movie, enjoy a coffee with friends, or just get some amazing food to take home. Thanks for your hospitality.

Love Panera Bread- this one is clean and well-organized. Easy to find and park too. The best part is the "extra touches" with the way sandwiches and soups are made. I appreciate that I can choose an apple, chips or bread with my meal too.

I went to Panera to have lunch today. Very disappointed. I will never go to another Panera ever. I ordered a sandwich melty. $13.59 was the cost of the sandwich. When my order was ready I picked it up from the counter. I was shocked to see the sandwich. They gave me a 1.5in by 1.5in sandwich and a tiny bag of chips. Only 9 pieces of chips. What a rip off
