I had been here plenty of times before and have always had great customer service. Except today. First off the girl that was the desk (didn't get her name) was rude and looked like she didn't want to be at work. Asked for a box variety of Ponchiks and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about even though I pointed at it on the menu. And just showed me the flavors but not acknowledging me. So I ordered the ones I wanted. Sat down and realized she charged me for the regular sized . So I went back to the front desk and waited for 10min to change my order and even called the baker there and the one who helped me Just ignored me and saw me.. then I ended up having to call through the phone JUST so I can get her attention. Finally she came up . And I asked her "were these the regular sized ones? Cuz I ordered the mini box of 15" and she said "no u can't. You should've called me over" and I said "I did. And u ignored me. I've been standing here for 10 min. And now you're saying I can't change the order? " and she said no. Terrible customer service on her behalf. Not coming here again .

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to go!! I tried the phonuts as well as the nutella ponchiks, it was very fresh, gooey, and melted in my mouthh. 10 out of 10, will definitely be back soon

Worse customer service ever never will I come here again. The tall girl who works on Saturday at 4:22 is extremely extremely rude with me and the customers who came in and out. Your attitude will cost this place bad business. If the owners care they should change this employee asap. Word ever never again.

I came to this bakery based on its overall good reviews. I needed a desert or some pastries to gift a friend that had recently lost her mother. I was looking for some delicious Baklava and other Armenian dishes I could gift my friend during her difficult time. The sales associate helped me with picking a couple of their top sellers. She wrapped the items up very neatly. My friend was so happy! She said everything was so delicious and plentiful. I'm so happy I purchased from this location.

The staff was very friendly and patient in explaining all the ponchik flavors and size options. I hadn't been here in years so I was glad to know the ponchiks are still just as amazing. My family loved them and will return for more

Wait, but how did it take me this long to try Papillon?! The Ponchik is divine and the variety is heavenly... I recommend: Nutella Nutella and Oreo Oreo Raspberry Dulce De Lèche Custard Each is about $4. Great for a half dozen bites. More than enough for 1-3 to share. I've also tried the Cheese Roll, but I wasn't the biggest fan. It's much thicker than the comparable from Porto's. I ordered for delivery so I can't speak to ambiance and seating.

I had two absolutely dreadful experiences at Papillon bakery in Northridge. Both instances left me extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. The first incident occurred two weeks ago when I called ahead to place an order while driving to the store, hoping to save myself some time. However, nobody picked up the phone, forcing me to visit the store in person. To my dismay, the phone continued to ring unanswered while the representative stood there, seemingly oblivious. I wasted precious time waiting to place my order, resulting in a 30-minute delay and making me late for an important meeting.Unfortunately, my second encounter was just as appalling. Today, I had thought I could trust Papillon bakery again, so I placed an order for pickup at 8:30 in the morning. However, upon arrival, my order was not ready. The staff informed me that they had misplaced the order slip, causing further delays and inconveniences. These experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the reliability and professionalism of Papillon bakery in Northridge. I do not recommend this establishment if you value punctuality and efficient service.

Terrible. Their pastries were dried out and the cream filling had a terrible taste like it had been in the refrigerator case for a couple of days. The meat filled pastries were ok, but skimpy on the filling. When I wanted to order some ponchik, was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook them. Seriously?! What kind of bakery doesn't have items ready to go when a customer walks in first thing in the morning. No wonder the place was empty. Won't be back.

I've ordered from this place numerous times and decided to give them another shot and once again, I was disappointed. I called and asked for a particular type of item and when I showed up to pick up my order I was given something completely different. I had asked if they sold chibureyki and when I showed up they gave me crappy empanadas. Why would you mislead your customers like that?
