Came here on a Friday night 3/26/21. I was intrigued by the outdoor patio design and menu so I decided to visit the establishment. Cute outside, GREAT friendly staff. As seen on previous reviews, you have to spend some time on a mobile questionnaire about covid. No biggie, it's fine, however, it's the first time I have ever had to do this and I've been out and about for some time. When I scanned the QR code on the table and NOTHING. Hmmm! I obviously went to the website and saw what the options were. Mind you there are prices on the website. Ordered the wings-the wings were decent. I like the fact they weren't breaded but they were missing something in the buffalo sauce. I can't explain it but I felt MEH! the dressing was on point and DELICIOUS. The veggies that came with it were dried out. ugh! I ordered the Smoke Out and it was GREAT. Should probably ditch the square ice since it's really big and it's $13 drink. I personally think it's a ploy to increase the amount of the drink in a glass but whatever! My guest ordered a draft beer and they were out of 3 beers listed on the menu. WOW. Finally when the check came I saw the wings were over the listed price on the website. I did't say anything, I know places are struggling, but so are the patrons that visit. It was $1 something over but it's a morale issue for me. Ugh there's more. Please rethink the music playlist, Happy Hour is supposed to be happy. There is definitely room to grow on this one. The salad portion was huuuge and good! Our server was awesome, super relatable and funny, too. Food was good too and they had heaters for those cold nights.

I randomly discovered this spot with a friend a while back. We were so dumbfound that we didn't know this existed. It's such a chill place with a cozy ambience. When my friend and I sat down we were freezing cold, The staff was super friendly and immediately moved us to a spot next to a heater. I was able to enjoy my food and drinks in such a cute setting. Thank you guys for such a great experience.

Love the outdoor seating it's decorated nicely. The servers are really nice but they need more training.. I really wanna like this place it has so much potential. it's the management that's not so organized. They're nice but they need better leadership. Also what's the deal with the tostones appetizer?? It's literally 3 pieces the size of a quarter. It's pretty laughable.

Whoever thought of this is a genius. Bowling alley is closed to why not transform your parking lot into a outdoor patio. Good choice of good and drinks. Micheladas here are so yummy. Definitely going back.

They've done a great job - the tables outside are spaced far, and strict safety protocols. We tried the patty melt and the barbecue chicken - everything was great. Garlic fries were bonkers. And good service. really good, will have to come back for the cocktails which look FAB.

Great for families. Everyone here is super nice and the food is freaking amazing. Everything we had was top notch even the vegan flatbread pizza ... Cocktail selection is great and full bar.. friendly staff lots of space between people and really comfy for being outside - our visit was beyond our expectations

After looking up new places to try we came across Patio 818. After reading the reviews I am glad we gave it a shot. The food was absolutely delicious. Katy was wonderful & very accommodating. The manager Jason had noticed that my food came out a bit early so he brought it back for a fresh plate to come out with everyone else's plate & I got to take the original plate home for leftovers. The nachos were amazing & the Beef Brisket was so tender & delicious. The bbq sauce was also delicious! The baked beans are also a must try! Great job to Jason & his team! Everyone was on the go & making sure all the customers were taken care of. We will be back

Hidden Gem!! So I had no idea it was next to the bowling alley LOL. We still decided to give it a shot because of the reviews & how great the food looked in the pictures. The other thing that caught us by surprise was the fact that you could make a reservation! I assumed we couldn't because a lot of places don't due to covid so I thought that was pretty sweet. Since we didn't make a reservation, we waited to be seated. The staff told us it would take 45 min & it did. All of the staff was incredibly friendly, sweet & attentive. The food was well priced. The meals were excellent. We ordered the Cilantro Shrimp Flatbread & 50/50 Burger -- I recommend both! The drinks were delicious too & can creep up on you LOL. Would definitely recommend this place. The seating area is also really cute! Definitely a hidden gem.
Delicious food! Drinks are amazing! Waiters treat their customers very well, very respectful! This place is the place to go for a date, for family, or just to get away! I recommend this place !

This place has the WORST and I mean WORST customer service. Food takes a VERY long time, the servers are rude and inconsiderate and the manager is not any better. I ordered chicken (pollo) tacos and 30 mins later they brought me carne asada (beef) tacos. After calling the manager (Jason) , he said the waitress heard me say carne asada instead of pollo... he did apologize and offered to take off the tacos from our bill. We got a few drinks and bbq ribs. Portions are extremely small and for the prices you pay you can go to a fancy restaurant with the same small size portions and get a better customer service. At the end of the day , don't eat at a bowling alley that's offering patio seating. Will I ever go back? No. Update : since the manager replied, I felt like I had to clear some things up. We did order alcoholic drink and one of us didn't have his ID because he lost it but he had the paper from the DMV. The waitress said the paper wasn't acceptable. LOL. Then the lady manager came and said the same thing. Clearly no cussing Involved, otherwise we would have been kicked out. Also , how NICE of Jason to take off the WRONG food off the receipt. We left a tip that covered the food that he gave for free and more even with the bad experience we had. LOL.
