Customer Service is Lacking: The food is coo’… I work graveyard shift, so this is one of the few places that’s open during my “lunch” break… and I can tell the night shift employees hate their job, Lol… I don’t look like somebody people can play with (I’m sorta intimidating)… so they’re never overtly rude to me… but the workers at this Raising Cane’s location are never exactly friendly or welcoming either.

One day I was waiting for my food, was absolutely amazed while watching the manager interact with every customer. He was so kind to every individual, treating everyone like a human being, regardless of their attitude or their demeanor. I loved to watch that and it was indicative of the culture that he’s built there with his teammates. That “one love” made the wait worth it.

Got sick from their cane sauce and their chicken isn’t as crispy and fresh compare to the other cane locations. Some of the employees have no sense of urgency. I could walk around circles around them and I’m older…

The place was filthy upon entry. I ordered online I wasn't very far but to me my food was ready to fast. Their chicken needs to be well done, and seasoned, that sauce works wonders. The fries are so greasy u can't taste potato. Overall I don't see the hype.

People got nuts for this place but the chicken is bland, I assume because they want you to love their sauce (I didn't). My wife raves about this place but I will take CFA and day (except Sunday) over Cane's. It's just not all that, unless you like an over seasoned sauce and blah chicken.
The chicken smelled and tasted burnt like they didn't change the oil. Fries weren't hot and the sauce tasted like fancy sauce with a lot more mayo. They couldn't find my online order at first and seemed to just choose from a pile of Togo boxes that had matched what I ordered. Had to debate with the dude about what I ordered and at this time I'm irate. He caught an attitude and I'm like NEVER EVER will I step in this place again. It's too small to take the volume of customers and to many staff standing around not doing anything but talking to each other. The customers inside waiting looked tired from waiting and they had loud annoying music playing. It's a no for me

The food was delicious, and the customer service was great, BUT the wait time was/is long ( waited 20 in line & 10 for food). The layout of the dining area doesn't accommodate the volume of customers coming in to order or dining in, specifically the seating area right in front of the register no one was able to use those tables because the line blocked the area. THE FOOD IS GOOD. If you heard the hype about Canes, they're not wrong.
