Great food, service and atmosphere. I ordered egg rolls as an appetizer followed by extra large combination beef which was served across from me. I also ordered the beef pho with avocado smoothie that included bolba. Everything was delicious.

Food is great and service . I just think the price of soup shouldnt be more than 10$ . And I am taking the inflation prices in consideration . The average price of pho soup was 6-8 $ .its double now . No longer worth eating out .

Food was good but service sucked! My son and I went here 45 mins before they closed. After we got our dinner, they shoved us the check and kept staring at us. They started putting the chairs up and cleaning the floors while people were still eating! I lost my appetite after smelling the cleaning chemicals! The guy came to our table again and asked if I was ready to pay… we literally just got our food and was already asking us to pay. Worst service ever!

As a long time Bamboo Cafe fan (another location in Simi), this is so welcome in my neighborhood. They have the best tofu spring rolls, tofu banh mi, and vegetarian pho! Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is kind and attentive. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Prices are great.

Ordered the shrimp pho with chicken broth. The seasoning of the soup was adequate for me, much to my expectations. They actually have lots of options from the menu, and I like that for their pho you have the option between chicken broth or beef broth, since I've noticed lots of their dishes on menu has beef. Also notice they have vegetarian dishes which was pretty welcome for people with different dietary restrictions! Their environment was good, too. Our party had 6 people and we got 1 table, but won't feel too crowded. Nice place will consider going back for Vietnamese cuisines!

I ordered carry out for a bowl of chicken Pho, initially I thought the price was a bit high but the bowl can be split into 2 maybe even three small bowls of soup. They provided napkins, bean sprouts, fresh mint, fresh lime juice, spoon, chop sticks and extra broth! The pho was delicious, I will definitely order again!

My review is a bit old as the time of my visit was in August of this year. I heard of a new Viet restaurant that I wanted to check out. Their bowls of pho and other dishes looked amazing and I've been seeing a lot of chatter on social media. When I finally had my chance to check out Saigon Brothers I noticed a dish that is a bit unique. I ordered Bo Ne. Which is steak and eggs served with some bread. It was my first time having this dish period and I am an instant fan. Not only was the dish delicious but the bread is what made the dish. It was so crispy and fluffy. Makes me want to order Banh mi to go. The Bo Ne dish was so good that I would love to order it again during my next visit but a little torn as I would like to explore the menu a bit more. So many options so hard to choose. It would be easier if I lived closer to the location but that is my only challenge. Hopefully I will get that chance. I've considered myself a Pho fanatic. I've eaten pho from Little Saigon in Westminster, Ca all the way to San Jose, Ca. I eat pho without adding any Hoisin, Sriracha sauce and lemon/lime so I could differentiate one pho broth from another. I only use Hoisin and Sriracha for dipping the meat. Saigon Brother offers a really good and clean pho broth. Maybe a little too clean. What I mean is that the broth is almost void of all oil that you usually see floating on the top of the bowl. I guess in a way it's great for the health conscious person. But for me, I need that fat/oil. It's an extra layer of flavor. I had recently found out that Saigon Brother offers another type of Pho that not a lot of other places do... Northern Pho! It's a beef and ginger broth. The pho noodles are thicker and the meat is rare steak with ginger, onion, cilantro, and green onions. If you like both the taste of ginger and pho, this will make your day. Soooo good!Saigon Brother has a nice and clean ambiance. The service is spot on. The food is great! My go to Northern Pho place.

We usually drive all the way to Camarillo to get our Pho. We decided to do a local search near Northridge and we found Saigon Brothers. What a hidden gem.I ordered the veggie/vegan Pho with tons of veggies and tofu. The broth was so flavorful and tasty. They offer two sizes, large and regular. It's only around $2-$3 difference to get the large so that's what I ordered. My daughter ordered the brisket Pho. They piled in the brisket and broth for her dish. She loved it!We both shared the veggie egg roll and green hot tea. Both were also delicious. The egg rolls were a little on the greasy side so I had to use my napkin to remove some of the grease. I also ordered the kissing me tea with lychee jelly. The service was overall good. The waiter was attentive and made suggestions on the restaurant top sellers. This is the perfect place to go to for a lunch outing with co-workers or family/friends. I will definitely be coming back for the Pho.

This is my family's new favorite pho restaurant to go whenever we want pho. Their Filet Mignon Pho is our favorite. The meat is very tender and the broth is good too. We tried their extra large beef combo, and it had some tough meat in it. It was too tough to chew, we had to take some of those out. They shouldn't include those tough meat in there. I wouldn't order it again. Their pork banmi is good, and their egg rolls are good too. They don't have napkins at the tables which makes it kind of inconvenient for us to ask for extra napkins. Inside the restaurant looks clean and bright. The parking was also good since it's located in the shopping center where Vons and McDonald's are.

Quality food with quality service! Food: the food here is always fresh & delicious all for a good price! Tonight I ordered take out & got the beef spring rolls, egg rolls, beef banh mi, & pho. The beef spring rolls I highly recommend if you want something fresh & filling at the same time. These were so tasty & you could tell they were made with all fresh quality ingredients. Egg rolls were another crispy yummy hit & something I'd definitely order again. I also love that they serve their egg rolls with lettuce & other yummy veggies to wrap the egg rolls in. The beef banh mi was literal perfection! The bread was fluffy & warm & they gave a very generous portion of meat & veggies. The pho is definitely their specialty here & I highly recommend you don't leave without trying. The broth is so flavorful in itself & they are more than generous with the toppings & noodles giving you the ultimate pho experience. I just want to add that despite ordering all of this to go the quality of food was not affected at all. Food 10/10Service/Atmosphere: location is very easy to find in a plaza that has plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is clean & inviting with indoor seating. Special shoutout to the service & staff as they go above & beyond here. While I waited to pick up my food one of the guys gave me water & a free sprite & told me to enjoy myself!
