I ordered the beef and shrimp teriyaki. It comes with mushrooms vegetables, and I paid an extra dollar for noodles. The beef was very chewy. Shrimp was good. They cook it fresh in front of you. .

Food was good but menu is limited. Wish there was avocado on the menu it would go very well with the teriyaki bowl. The ambiance seems a little outdated.

I usually love chicken teriyaki that's prepared the way they do it, but this food was terrible. It had an awful undertaste - as if it was stiir fried in animal fat/lard and the chicken was chopped up in big chucks, not nice, even pieces. Sadly, I tossed the entire plate of food in the trash; all I ate were the vegetables. In a situation such as this, I would normally return the food to the restaurant and let them know I'm not satisfied. Unfortunately, the customer service here was as bad as the food. When I first ordered, they were so rude and indifferent, that I didn't even want to deal with them. Clearly they would not be eager to please a customer. Waste of $11.00.

A horrible experience and will not recommend this place at at Northridge. Their customer service was horrible and so unfriendly. I ordered a combo of teriyaki beef and shrimp. I saw that the cook practically just dropped the shrimp a second then turned them over then placed them on my food. I told the cook that the shrimp isn’t cooked yet. The cook then asked them cashier to talk to me. The cashier told me that the shrimp were previously cooked and all they have to is to is warm them up. I told them that the shrimp weren’t previously cooked cause if they were cooked it would have been orange/pinkies color and it was still gray. I told the cashier to that I will not accept it cause it wasn’t cooked but he told me I can’t return it cause they already cooked it for me. I didn’t want to make a seen as there was a lot of people in the line but I thought that was very rude and that they lie to their customers. So this restaurant didn't like my review and asked Google to remove it and the photos which i think was wrong. I thought Google wants honest reviews but I guess I was mistaken.

So I got a beef/chicken teriyaki plate I ask for extra chicken on the side i ask "Sergio " if they can just put the extra chicken on the side of the plate (since I have a baby) he said he couldn't put it on the side he has to mixed everything if I want a different plate I would have to pay 7 dollars im already paying 5.99 for extra chicken.

If they make your order incorrectly, don’t even bother trying to get it corrected they will claim that you never told them that and that you were lying. I ordered the teriyaki beef with noodles no veggies and even then they still put veggies on it as they were trying to put the veggies on. I even tried saying again no veggies they still put veggies on and then claimed that fiance never said anything. When getting my food. I went back up to talk to them about it to see if they were able to remove it being that we had specifically asked for no veggies. The guy at the register, as well as one of the head cooks became extremely argumentative, insisting that they were never told no veggies. I even asked them if they could just remove the veggies and that everything would be fine and they were adamant on the point that nothing was said and that they weren’t wrong. I got to the point where I told him. I just wanted my money that and that I no longer wanted to do business with them if that’s how they were going to treat their customers and wish the guy just complain about how now they were gonna have to throw away food. I love how they cared more about throwing away food then good customer service and admitting when they’re wrong. Poor customer service, and clearly don’t know when to admit that they were wrong. I used to go to them for all my lunch breaks in the mall. I will never be going to them again after how they treated me and my fiancé today. Absolutely disgusting terrible customer service.

The sushi was not made fresh I tried to return it but the guy working the register instead charged me double for the meal. 30 dollars twice. Very unprofessional staff and no manager on duty to fix problems. I don’t want to drive out of my way to try and make the guy understand what he did wrong.

Ordered my food and noticed the noodles were missing. I asked if I could pay for just the noodles to put on top and I was told no. That the food was already prepared and I would have to purchase a whole new order. Extremely rude and disrespectful over two sides of noodles. My family dinner went from $25 to $55 over NOODLES
