Baked Ziti and Meat Lasagna were both very good. Associates were attentive and the pricing is very fair. Definitely want to go back and try the Stromboli.

My sister and I stopped by here for lunch with my nephew and niece. I never ate from Sbarro at the food court but since the kids wanted pizza, we came here. I got the Hawaiian Pizza, my niece got their Mac and chesse, my nephew got their pepperoni Stromboli. It looks like what they do is have the pizza out on display and then when you order it, they'll go heat it up. It didn't take long for our food to be ready. The Hawaiian Pizza was okay but it's not the best. The pizza wasn't that hot and the taste wasn't there. You're better off getting a whole pizza elsewhere and the quality would be better. We ate at the Northridge food court which was fine.Parking: This place is at the mall so there are ton of parking spots to pick from.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly since it's at the mall food court.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible. It's on the 2nd floor but there are elevator to take you up.

Great customer service and great potatoes. ? I was shocked how good the roasted potatoes were. On top of that pizza and drink was solid. Best Sbarro I’ve been to so far!

Great service. Yummy BIG lasagna, salad and drink for the same price as a pretzel & drink from another spot in the mall. Great value, fresh out of the oven bread and lasagna and the staff were very kind and friendly.

Found a sweet little hair at the bottom of the salad. Absolutely disgusting especially considering the amount of times I've eaten here, and how I'd already eaten through most of it. Never going here again.

I had horrible experience here I've been coming here for years. An item was missing from my order I called to state this the person over the phone whom identified himself as the owner told me why didn't i check the order I said why didn't the cashier not charge me he told me to go back to location that would be at least 20 min with parking etc I asked just for credit for my missing food they don't do that. He told me once again to go back to store he wasn't apologetic or tried to offer some other resolution. Disappointed with the entire experience no answer at corp office box is full.

OMG horrible service! I ordered my food they forgot my pizza I tried calling the phone #9513170929. The call was answered I notified the person over the phone of the situation he said why didn't I check the order so he blamed the situation on me. He told me to go back to the store mind you this person said hes the owner. I told him I just would like my credit for my missing item. It would take me 20 min drive with parking etc at least since the location is in a mall. He hung up on me. Horrible service the visit had been pleasant but the horrible service pertaining to this error no apology no attempt to resolve situation and they wouldn't connect to the store. Tried leaving message at corp office box was full I'm disappointed all around.

Yesterday which was a Sunday afternoon my parents and I got haircuts at jcpenney northridge. After the haircuts all 3 of us were hungry.We decided on sbarro at the foodcourt. We got 4 slices which were 2 cheese, 1 sausage/pepperoni and 1 peproni.Also 3 diet pepsis. The pizza was excellent and had good flavor. Thr staff working at this sbarro was also helpful and friendly.I will be back again when I visit my parents in California.

They are so slow, and STUPID!!! I had to restate my order 6 times and they took forever! They ended up giving my order to another customer and when I told them I still haven't received my order they made my repeat my order again. Then the girl and the stupidest look on her face as if she forgot English. I hate this place and that's of p.
