Response to the owner: Nice try talking about "quality and organic ingredients" but I know those are just marketing terms and buzzwords to justify the ongoing price gouging and shamefully bleeding the most loyal members through the rewards program by upping the minimum point amount necessary to receive a discount along with the laughably petty greed mailing out one $2 off a $15 or more order which is an insultingly lowball discount that clearly has nothing to do with ingredients or employees and everything to do with the aforementioned pettiness and compulsive, mindless money grubbing.Really despicable as to what they've done with raising the rewards points to receive the $7 off discount from 100 to 125 points along with the mailed coupons offering $2 off a $15 minimum order when those used to be $2 off a $10 order. They just HAD to have that extra $1 in not even making it a 20% off discount as it was previously when it could and should be $3 off a $15 order and obviously also could not be bothered to raise the reward bonus after demanding an extra $25 be paid to even obtain it (there does appear to be an option to receive a one time deal of $3 off per $15 order minimum if you place it online and sign up for texts from the company but this is still problematic as if, like me, you are only ordering for yourself you'll be hard pressed to find menu items at least $15 as many are capped at $14.99 which is just another slap in the face since you can't use it with the one cent difference so you're either forced to buy the most expensive items available or order extra food with a side item which are all more than $3 anyways). Please do not support this type of cutthroat and plain greed which is what in my opinion undeniably explains this price gouging and inflation does not excuse or even explain the need to do this on top of the hefty price increases on the food itself. I highly recommend going to Baja Fresh instead, they have a much more consistent and generous rewards program with $10 off for every $100 you spend if you're signed up as a rewards member and give a $2 off coupon for every possible visit of $10 or more orders with the food priced lower than here and being of at least equal, and in many regards, superior quality. Sharky's used to be my main Mexican spot but with all that has been mentioned being pulled of disrespectful price gouging I will never set foot in any of their locations again and urge everyone else not to either.

The Sharky's Phone App sucks big time sucked, it seems they have fixed it now.Ordered in the app, got there food and was ready in minutes. Hot, fresh and tasty. Totally satisfied with the app now.Parking: There are several 'mobile order' a few handicapped parking and some 'future Charging spaces' and about twice that other parking.

Usually get the FULL Power Protein Plate with Wild Salmon. I 're-order' on my phone. Evidently, the company removed the FULL Plate as an option, but my phone still did the re-order WITH ONLY 1 piece of Salmon instead of the normal two pieces. The price was higher and there was less product.NO warning, no 'stop' on the re-order as it wasn't the 'same' order in the end. Horrible 'customer-model'.

Wow surprised by the quality of food at this location.Original order had1/2 pound of tempura mahi mahiAnd it was the meat add to tostada saladWhen the order came fished looked a bit strange. Tasted weird. Didn’t look like mahi either. Thought I was cod. Ask waitress she went to ask the kitchen. Was informed that we were given pollock. Interesting if they would have said anything if we would have not asked.When the replacement came it was super oily and BLAND. No taste.If you think I’m being picky. We always get the tempura mahi. It’s my sons favorite thing. So he won’t eat this. Over half the food I ordered (sons food) was wasted. With a $71 bill will not be coming back to this location.

I have been here 2 times and they shorted us a taco in carry out one time and beans and rice the second time. It's annoying when you pay for it and the order is wrong. This Sharkeys needs to get it together.

I have been out of state for 25 years and I am visiting for Christmas and had to check out my Sharky's. Better than I even remember. That fire roasted salsa is to due for. My niece got their nachos and it is definitely a wow factor. The tortillas are so tender and fresh, yet hold all the ingredients in place inside my burrito. The decor is updated and inviting and they even have a bar with taps of craft beer. Definitely check it out if you haven't been or visit again if it's been awhile. You won't be disappointed!!

Whenever an owner cares enough to respond to aPost that's good enough for me.Plenty of parking. Convenient, cheerful atmosphere, lots of young people enjoying themselves after their long work week. Very pleasant place. Lots of T.V's to watch the latest events. I do highly recommend it! Liked the cheerfulness there. Seemed very Family friendly as well as the older 20 something crowd from CSUN there. Much selection and healthy choices too. Like Arnold - I'll be back!?️
