The food was good but customer service was TERRIBLE. I wish I could give them 0 star. We came around 8:20pm but waited for our table for over 20 mins which is I understand because we just walked in. Once we seated, we just opened the menu and a lady came to rush us to order. Excuse me, you didn't give your customers even 2 mins to read the menu??? They close at 10pm but around 9:30pm they would want to kick you out of the restaurant. And then after we paid the check, a lady came back to us and asked for more TIP. We were shocked because this never happened to us before in other restaurants. She said "usually the tip is 18%". If your service is good, of course customers will like to tip your more. This is not right, not the way how to run the business. We would never come in back.

Great little Korean bbq restaurant nestled in an outside shopping complex. Tried Gen across the street but was automatically turned off by the long line of people waiting outside the restaurant. Luckily we stumbled upon this place instead. They don't have all you can eat but their portions are satisfying. The quality of their meat is great. They have a great selection of traditional Korean bbq as well as delicious sides as well. You order everything a la carte but there are also family meals that save you a little money as well. The staff are very attentive and always make sure you're not cooking your food wrong. Would recommend this place if you're not looking to overstuff yourself at an AYCE. Parking is not bad since they're in the shopping complex. Even on their busy days the wait never exceeds what you'd normally wait at Gen on a busy day even though their restaurant is smaller.

This place is our spot to go after we go to the indoor climbing. They have a few good combo options and the meat, and the side dishes are very fresh and yummy. The servers are pretty friendly, and they all speak English pretty well. The parking is easy and they have a big parking lot in front of the restaurant. The amount food is quite big and pretty satisfying whole gang. We will be back sometime soon again. Thank you.

One of the best kalbi I had! So soft and tender meat! Perfectly marinated! Again the best kfood place in San Fernado Valley! 된장찌개 and kalbi combo for $32.95 is quite pricy but worth it! Banchan came with was super fresh and tasty. I rather pay more for good food or drive farther, etc.

Terrible service Jenny the manager was being very rude throwing sauces on our food without asking. Being racist saying heres Mexican salsa, I called her out and told her we're uncomfortable Eating here and I want my money back. She continues to deny it and further be more disrespectful no sorry no nothing never coming an here again. Do not come here terrible service

Good quality food. Meat is fresh and cut perfectly. Get ready for a meal full of quality juicy bbq meat. Condiments are also good, very close to authentic Korean dishes. Service was superb, very friendly waitresses. Definitely recommend this amazing restaurant.
