I just wanted to write a review because the time before I went today, I had a wonderful barista and she was so warm and provided great service. I wish I had got her name. Today I had a male barista and he did not have the same warm feeling, no greeting and little interaction- that's fine, I get being tired at work or whatever. The problem was I ordered a decaf latte because I get bad reaction to caffeine (sucks because I love coffee) and I've never had an issue with Starbucks...read full review

A customer doesn’t need to be confronted by a drive trough staff, when they, didn’t hear the order correctly. Instead they should apologize for not hearing the complete order, when ,you thought they did!

I walked in on a day when an event was going on there were a lot of people and Devonshire police department raising awareness. Still the staff were with great energy and enthusiasm.Parking: Free parking but with a big parking space nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible and easy to find.
