if you order food good luck getting the correct item. also, if the store is out of stuff it should be taken off of the mobile order menu.... all Starbucks franchises do that except here. this place also closes at 6pm everyday, what??? disappointment

OMG! I’ve never felt so loved and welcomed by strangers not only once but every time, they have such a strong uplifting team not only to each other but to customers too. I’ve been here before, I just moved here for college and I started going here with all my friends during a program. They treat us like every day friends and sometimes that’s what people need. Recently what made me want to drop this review was I was having a difficult time and decided to do some things that would make me feel better and instantly I was met with eager employees and compliments and social interaction which is what I need the most during these times and they made today a lot easier than it could’ve been. They also have the cutest place for uplifting sticky notes and reading them was so helpful. I’m so glad this Starbucks is within walking distance, I will visit often. The food is always good the drinks are always good the people are always good, etc. Thank u Northridge Starbucks!Dietary restrictions: You can supplement dairy

This places has amazing works they are so kind and friendly. Even when busy drinks come out fast. The place is clean and has an amazing atmosphere. However every time I have gone in the past month if I get a coffee it tastes filthy. To the point where it has actually made me vomit. I keep coming back because I love the place but at this point I regrettably can no longer come back. I believe the ice make needs to be clean or something to that regard as the dirt and grass like taste is more prevalent in the ice coffees.

My family and I recently moved in December. I tried a few Starbucks that are near to our home, but none came close to the feeling that I had at my old Starbucks. I ended up finding this location. I wasn't sure if I would like it since it does not have a drive-through. However, from the very first time I ordered until today, I am impressed with the speed of service and accuracy of my order, adding to that their great customer service. I'm not saying my order is complicated, (black coffee three stevia and my husbands doppio with milk & white mocha pump) but I order every day. I usually walk in with a serious demeanor because I am always in a hurry to go somewhere. Coffee always gets me started. I wish they knew how much I appreciate them helping me start my day, even though I've never said anything, except thank you. I guess this review is my way of letting them know that they are appreciated, and thank you for always greeting us as we enter (even though many never return the greeting) it gets us started
Best Starbucks in the valley , staff is great along with the service. Orders are always correct and drinks are consistently good . Indoor seating is always clean .I never go to any other Starbucks !!
