I stopped by here tonight to take my sister to get her Starbucks coffee. When I pulled into their lot, there was no cars in the drive thru at 8pm so I chose going through there. When i got to the ordering area, the person working the drive thru was already laughing. I think theh saw me reserve since I originally passed the ordering box because I didn't see it. Friendly staff (Christian, Teddy, Marissa, Pia, Jackie) here at Starbucks, 9900 Balboa Blvd Northridge, CA 91325. It was our first time with my two cousins here. I will go to this location with my friends in the near future. Thanks so much for the great customer service.

It's always a good idea to grab some some coffee when you need to refuel. The service was great. I appreciate the person at the window offering me a straw. It helps when you still have some driving to do!
