Came here to pick up some subs for friends. I decided to place the order via the app to make the experience easier. I paid extra for quite a few toppings on different subs and the ladies here forgot them all. I'd contact the store but it's not worth the time, I'll just simply not come back (nor will the people I got the subs for.) Oh well, at least the restaurant was clean.

Lady refused to make alterations to my sandwich didn’t wanna add black olive claimed it wasn't part of the sandwich and didn’t change her mind till I offered to pay more happened multiple times with the same lady very rude and horrible customer service acting as tho she doesn't work at

I was at target and started to get hungry. I saw subway in the same parking lot and decided to open the app to look at the menu. Not only did they have buy 1 footlong get 1 free, but they had curbside pick up which is so convenient when you have a toddler. It was really easy to place the order on the app and drive over and wait in the car. It took about 15 minutes which isn't bad but not super fast to get the food. A very nice employee came out and handed me the bag. I took off a star because when I got home there was so much mayo on my sandwich I couldn't eat some of it. Other than that I was very impressed with the service and curbside. I didn't go inside so I don't know about the ambiance but there is plenty of parking which is nice. I will definitely be back but would go inside so I could tell them less mayonnaise.

My husband is always had a bad idea of subway but he has never tried it and we came to walk first time in this plaza and I have been craving subway for the longest ever since I had my baby she's about to be 1 so ya!! My husband and I saw it and I had coupons so we decided to use them and finally see him try SUBWAY! We walk in it's 8:30 pm and we order this older lady she was already in a bad mood like wtf she was speaking loud!! Saying "chose a bread fast" like wtf then she hears my baby says dada and I look at her and she rolls her eyes like wtf and whatever I keep ordering and she ends up giving me two foot king mind you the coupons were for one footling for 6.99 and the other one was a 6in with chips and drinks she adds avocado this lady I think she even charged every piece of fucken lettuce she put in both sandwiches! Hell nah if I can give this fucken restaurant negative stars I would if you don't have energy to work anymore my love retire! Don't treat people like crap it's not my fault you get paid if the place you work has people but with her attitude hell no the cost of two sandwiches were suppose to add up to $15 homegirl added $42.00 like WHAT IN THE FUCK never ever eating here again believe me didn't get the ladies name but next time if you read this don't come to work late if you'll be a bitch!!!!!

Ordered the steak and cheese very little steak and cheese in the sandwich very disappointed. For the amount of marketing Subway does I would expect more meat in the sandwich. Also ordered the Tuna tasted super fishy watered down did not taste well at all Never ordering from here again Looks like maybe employees not getting paid well no one cares about the quality of the food. Plenty of parking and nice and bigger than most Subways around.Prompt friendly service and this place was not out of ingredients!Loved the variety of cold ice tea flavors they have behind the counter. Music is at a pleasant level where you can hold a conversation with a companion.Sitting is only available for indoors.

They tried to over charge me and looked at me as if I couldn't pay but not getting my order together, I asked them if they could put my order in a combo, a footling, 3 cookies and 2 small drinks.Finally another lady whispered something in another language I think to the cashier and so my order went from 26 something to 20 something. My tummy feels uncomfortably, and tight. I don't believe I'll be going back to that subway again.

This is the location closest to my house, so I've been coming here for years. Always clean, always have great service. But today was a tad different. They are having a Bogo promotion on the app. By 1 foot long get a foot-long for free. If you decide to order on the app for pick up. So I decided to order two sandwiches the same one spicy Italian on the app with the works. I love everything when I go in to pick it up, they said that a man already picked up my order and started to be annoyed with me. One lady working there kept insisting that no, I picked up the order. That I had a man one pick it up for me. I showed them my app with the receipt that I paid for my ID but that's my name on the order and I confirm my phone number. Yes, she was still insisting that amount picked it up for me. I'm sorry I am all alone. There was no one with me all day. It was my choice to get a sandwich, too in fact for myself. Luckily, I believe her supervisor stepped in and decided to make me the two sandwiches but she didn't really seem happy about it either. Meanwhile, the other lady kept insisting it was picked up. This is very frustrating as I am a honest person I would never do such a thing that she was trying to accuse me of. Still a delicious sandwich, I kind of lost my appetite after this situation.
