The atmosphere is nice and the employees are very friendly and patient with orders. It is clean and a great place to eat sandwiches.Parking: There is enough parking spaces next to the main building and the adjoining businesses.

Sincerely, I don't even want to give this store a one-star review because I heard of one of the worst things that happened to several pals around 4 PM on this particular day. The employee at the store made a grave error when processing my friend's order, and he then treated them cruelly, refusing to comply and threatening to call the police if they didn't leave. It's like vocally assaulting my buddies. I will spread the word about this store to as many people as I can, but I will never recommend it to anyone.

I recently visited Subway located on 18545 Roscoe Boulevard, and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As someone who often chooses Subway for its convenient and satisfying vegetarian options, I was disappointed with the service during my most recent visit.Having just completed a 36-hour fast, I decided to break it with an order for in-store pickup through the Subway app. However, my excitement turned into disappointment when I realized a significant discrepancy in the quantity of sauces, despite having selected additional options during the online ordering process. This oversight, particularly considering my specific dietary preferences, left me quite dissatisfied.Attempting to address the issue with the staff only added to my disappointment. Instead of a constructive resolution, I was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. The employee accused me of being disrespectful and even threatened to involve law enforcement. This not only escalated the situation unnecessarily but left me feeling verbally abused, a stark contrast to the welcoming atmosphere I have experienced at Subway in the past.Even when trying to communicate calmly, the employee refused to provide the requested services, displaying a dismissive attitude that deeply unsettled me. The subsequent handling of the situation, including the throwing of the bag of food on the table, was completely unexpected and not reflective of the positive experiences I have had at Subway.While I understand that lapses in service can occur, this particular incident has prompted me to share my disappointment. As someone who values the convenience and variety Subway typically provides, I hope this feedback is taken seriously and contributes to maintaining the high standards Subway has built over the years.I genuinely hope for a positive change in service, as I have always appreciated the quick and customizable options Subway offers.

Waited a little over 30 minutes in line with 4-5 people ahead of me and my friends. There wasn't any urgency or friendliness from the workers. Wish there was a bit more of a rush to help the line or more friendliness.

Food is excellent the service and the staff or not welcome I stand online it was only one staff who was serving the customers and due to my health condition I cannot stand more than couple minutes on the line I have to set somewhere and the workers were not talking in a nice manner to the customers and they were asking me either my health condition is bad I have to stand otherwise I cannot get the food it was not a welcoming environmentWheelchair accessibility: Although I was not in wheelchair but there was no not enough space for the wheelchair to move around

Really like the place after it was renovated. Staff is always super nice. Loving the new carved meat and sandwich options. I left for a while for Jersey Mikes, but now I'm back enjoying the new menu.

Shout out to Norman for making my friend and I'd sandwich. I usually avoid subways due to inconsistent quality, but today Norman made it perfectly. The bread was perfectly toasted, he spread out the toppings neatly and uniformly so every bite has everything, he packaged it well and everything was intact! Presentation, in my opinion, affects the overall quality of a meal, so I appreciate the effort!!

This subway is by far the best of them all...sure they all got the same menu but what really sets it apart is it's customer service and the speed and efficiency at what they do. After coming off really late from working a kitchen, last thing I want to do is cook but not many things are open at 3am. So I always go to subway. They make the end of my day enjoyable because they always give service with a smile. Im talking about the one that always wears "the boss" shirt. that beautiful smile always makes my day. Thanks

I called yesterday around 12 am from northdrige hospital asking for 50 sandwiches and the girl that works at night told me can You call back cause i'm busy i'm SO mad cause i always call them to get a lot of sandwiches and today they refuse to help me Can You please take order for platter over the phone ima have to go to another subway i wish i can have the name of the girl that refuse me to help me Night crew sucks always rude
