Ordered 3 sandwiches for pickup. Not one of them was made correctly, but one was made VERY wrong. Ruined my dinner picnic. Won't be returning to this store.

I'm doing Uber eats (I have a 99% rating) I get an order from Chik Fil A. Routine pickup right? Wrong. They gave my order to someone else. How does this happen? Don't you check for orders? Arnt you asking for names? I don't understand

the lady who served me my steak and cheese was so nice to me! she was dealing with some rude customers and she still was very kind to them and me and gave me excellent services. the sandwich was fantastic too! i wish i knew her name but because of her i will definitely be returning!

This subway used to be fun back in 2013 when I was 18 good days everyone was nice and friendly. I still been coming up to present. but just now I noticed this Indian lady who is mega rude. I came in she was eating her food then I came in and supposedly I interrupted her cause I was a customer. It takes like 5 mins to make a sandwich then get back to your eating you dont have to go crazy. through out the whole way of her making my sandwich she was rushed and yelling and in a bad attitude. she was basically saying u f****** ruined my food hurry up and get out. And she was talking s*** about me to her friend on her airpods. She was talking to someone like a friend from a different country on her airpods and I understand a little bit of the language she was saying like this piece of s*** came in and messed up my moment while I was eating. she kept being very forceful tone and irritated demeanor which I did not like and I don't feel like going back to that location now. Not just this time but even when she wasn't eating she generally always has a rude and gives off a vibe like hurry the f*** up u a****** i dont want u here. thats basically whats shes sub communicating

Very rude lady working on Monday afternoon. No good customer service. I ordered at yelp and accepted my ordered. Went there and everything cleaned up and she said she did not received the ordered. Apparently she already closed for any online ordered and she was ready to go home before 7pm closing time. Never going to that subway again because she came out rude from the beginning .

I always know Subway won't be a good choice for food but I figured I have a giftcard and they have a bogo footlong special so WHY NOT. Placed an online order about an hour before and it was ready when I arrived . . . sort of. A nice lady was working and had my sandwiches ready at the counter, confirmed it was me and I was on my way. But I had also ordered some cookies which were forgotten so I had to run back in to which she didn't even realize cookies were on the order because she didn't read the whole receipt. If I had returned home without them I really would not care since I used the giftcard but I am not sure how accurate other orders are and that can be a concern. I ordered an Italian and Club footlong, both on the parmesan style bread but both were given to me on white. Another issue with the order. The options like veggies, sauces, meats, cheese etc were all correct. Subway always lacks on flavor and quality. Regardless of bread choice, this stuff is stale, dry, rubbery, and just bad. The meats have no flavor and just way too salty, and all the veggies have weird, dry crunch textures to them, like they're frozen without being cold. Nothing tastes fresh. Ah well, no need to go back.

Good customer service no access to public restrooms

This subway is a joke, and due mostly to PERLA the store manager. Place is next to LA Fitness so I stopped in to grab something to go. I ordered sub of the day with a wrap as I don't eat bread. I get these all the time. Perla decides that wraps are not included as an option for sub of the day. So I state, it's normally an option on any sub but now all the sudden I'm forced to choose bread. So I'm like whatever. I go in again in the morning to get a breakfast sandwich and Perla is there with her condescending attitude. And gladly informs me I have to pay extra for a breakfast sandwich after 11:00 AM. Again another first for me at subway in whatever. I go in today and order the tuna wrap, and the girl can't wrap it properly, so I say just put it in a dish not a problem. And over comes Perla barking at me that now it's a salad and she has to charge me more. So I'm like fine, then wrap it the way I ordered. This manager Perla has the customer service skills of a cardboard box! Seriously, your managing Subway, put it in perspective.

Don't order postmates from this location. Sunday night 12/15 at 7:30 pm. They made the driver wait for 15 minutes while they prepared the order and when it arrived it was completely wrong. And I didn't order a complex sandwhich. Just meat, cheese, toasted.. somehow they managed to mess every aspect of this up.

The two women perla and sarbjeet are lacking in the customer service area. They both had dirty looks as customers walked in.I ordered a tuna foot long and sarbjeet put minimal tuna and minimal vegetables . This place must be on a food shortage . She put two tiny scoops of tuna and tiny pieces of veggies in my sandwich . Also she told perla the cashier to charge me for a sandwich that was left over from a previous customer that I never even ordered .
