Very slow employees, no sense of time urgency at all! The line is always out the door and slow and I could truly understand if you were understaffed, but most of the time there is someone on each section of the sandwhich, (bread, toppings, wrapping, register) and still w/o fail you will be waiting 30 minutes for a sandwhich. Cant really mess up a subway sandwhich so only 2 stars because it's decent food but employees are also very light handed with the toppings. Why are you only putting 7 pieces of lettuce on my sandwhich?

There lines can take the better half of an hour. Drive off campus. Get food way faster and have a seat on a break. Don't plan on n coming here on a 'break." It's important not to have any plans following coming to this location as will take some time to get anything here. It's just not doable to come here with only an hour lunch break. .

Waited over an hour to get my sandwich. Had a trainee working at peak lunch hour, but normal employees were not faring much better. School had 5+ weeks to train but seems like they forgot about that aspect. Mobile ordering does not work even though there is a sign advertising it. Half of the store is closed off. Just not worth it to come in general.

They keep removing my review but as this is free-speech not Communist China like these people want to support as they support a anti-American soccer player I will not ever go back to the subway yes I live a block away yes I will not go back here screw their communism screw the censorship screw the subway!!!

Sofia was awesome. Had to figure out app to get the great bogo deal.. She was the sweetest. Sat a bit to figure out simple app...giggle. Just had to approach from deal to order vs other way, around. Sofia, a true...Sandwich Artist!
