Made an order on their app for pickup. Came and they haven't even taken the printed ticket to make the order. The girl was so clueless. My one non toasted sandwich had a bacon add on. While making it, she added the bacon and continued making the sandwich. I was like can you please heat the bacon up. She was like what?? I said the bacon! And then she was like okay. Like she had a complete brain freeze. Thank god I was there to watch my order getting made or else I would've got cold unheated bacon on my sandwich. And on my other sandwich the order said light mustard. Guess what. She must've thought light meant extra. Shaking my head! Anyways. The other employee I can tell is great. This one, needs a Red Bull or something. She was completely spaced out.

Stores hours says they close at 10pm! Lies!! Went in at 9:50pm and was told store was closed. Management you have to tell these young kids that 10pm is not 9:50!!!! Hey

I enjoy eating subway, I'm thankful you guys send out coupons it truly helps my wallet. I buy food for people in my family and the 3 for 17 is the best. I was having a tough day, I have a lot going on in my life. I was ordering the sandwich I always get but the server said I can't swap out my meat choice. We went at it a bit but I told her never mind just to add it the menu way. I told her I have a headache and didn't want to argue. She said she had a migraine. So I felt bad if I gave her any trouble. My food was good and we ended the Convo on a good note. Hope she's feeling better. I come to this location often so I didn't wanna be trouble to her. Just trying to get thru my life at the moment. My favorite ingredients are the cheese and salami. Thanks subway for the great subs.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to chooseKid-friendliness: Even a picky kid can make it how they want

I have placed two orders here through DoorDash within the last few months including today. I did place the order around 12 o'clock and the order got canceled at 1:30 because the employees did not want to make it because they are short staffed. This has happened previously as mentioned before, and the other reviews on here make it clear that the employees cannot do their job. Definitely do not recommend coming to this location.

Apparently others got a bad experience here.All I can say is that Sukhi was amazing when I went in for my order. She was single-handedly running the place and it was impressive to see because I have seen others much older than her fumble with the task.Kudos to Sukhi, I hope she continues to work hard and accomplishes all of her goals. Well done.

Horrible experience with the female worker who prepared our subways. She is EXTREMELY lazy, her face was telling to get out of there, like we came and interrupted her leisure time. For one of our sandwiches she was scrubbing leftovers of roasted chicken from the very bottom of the tray, (instead of getting a new portion for the tray from the fridge) she was able to scrub and fill half of scoop, most likely with pieces of that tray, she scrubbed hard, she slammed it on the sandwich and she announced it was ready. We told her there has to be TWO full scoops, she replied that there will be extra charge ,and went to get the fresh bag of roasted chicken to put in the tray from the backroom/fridge. The lady worker seemed very unhappy because she needed to move her behind and actually work. We went very unhappy because we felt we came to spend almost $40 for two sandwiches that were sent to us from hell. Do you SUBWAY people think we ever come again to get food there? NEVER! You lazy bones need to start working and be willing to get customers back, be loyal. Otherwise, close your store and watch TV at home.

Food was good, made an online order but my car broke down and wouldn't turn on. The lady behind the counter was nice enough to inform me that I took a long time and should make appropriate orders for what time I'm coming in. Though I didn't really appreciate it the food was good and Autozone helped me allot to get it fixed. One more shout out to Gerardo at Autozone on Reseda and Nordoff for the amazing help.
