Came here last night to order a drink and their food. Their drink is terrible and I couldn’t finish it. The food is so so as their vegetables is pretty salty. The food menu got much less compared before when I came few years ago. Inside the restaurant is spacious. Overall it’s pretty disappointing.

It’s crazy to say that all of their milk tea drinks taste EXACTLY the same: MILK. I have gone for years now and know I can officially say after trying multiple flavors and their tea flavoring is not potent at all and not strong to taste what the drink is supposed to taste like. All I’m tasting is just milk with literally no flavored tea. I go to the Milk Tea bar by CSUN and their owners do 100% better at flavoring their teas. The only milk tea drink that has flavor is the Thai tea, nothing else.GET ANYTHING BUT THE MILK TEA DRINKS

Wednesday we brought our laptops and worked on a project. Sat for 2 hours and sipped on lycher teas, boba drinks and thai teas. Had appetizers. They had plenty of plugs,a large tv, and bathroom was clean. The young kids working there were friendly and welcoming.

Every time I have gone, the front staff has been unpleasant. It almost feels like I am bothering them when I come to order. I always greet them and I get ignored. I would just ignore it but today the boba was hard. And I felt like I had enough of coming here and giving them business.

I've ordered it via post mate cause I have no car today. Ordered 3 things and two of them are literally not edible. Chicken Katsu was not only stale but also overcooked and burnt! (Just look at the color of it!) The Thai tea.... I had a sip of it and it tasted so bad and sour as if something is spoiled. My stomach has been hurting since! This place used to be a decent boba T4 cafe but since it became Li Cha Tea, it's just bad!

Not very good at all. Ordered the Taro smoothie. Very watered down, no flavor and bad customer service. I waited there for a couple of minutes while the girl in the front just washed dishes in front of me. It took the guy who was cleaning in the back to finally see me and come help me. Im more disappointed, however, with this watered-down, non flavor having smoothie.

Friendly service, good boba! You can customize how sweet your drink is, which was helpful limiting sugar with my little ones. We'll definitely be back!

My family frequently orders from this establishment via food delivery apps. I really like the food and drinks here but the below average review is because 7/7 times I've ordered, they always make at least one mistake. If I order Oolong Tea, they give me Oolong Milk Tea. If I order half sweet, they give me 100% sweet. When I order one Oolong Milk Tea and one Traditional Oolong Tea, they mix up the customizations between the two. It's really annoying and I thought it would be fixed once T4 became Li Cha - but no. I still give them chance after chance because of the proximity to my house and the food and drinks are delicious. I'll continue to order in person but I'll think twice..maybe 3x...about delivery.

Place went downhill after they changed ownership quality of drinks went down just like everything that gets popular , I guess that’s just the nature of the beast ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Always an amazing experience at T4. This most recent visist the cashier overhead my lack of desire to drink caffeine so I didn't order a drink. Later the cashier comes out with a taro smoothie she made for me, caffeine free. Lovely service indeed!

Venturing into Northridge's Li Cha Tea (T4 Cafe), I was immediately struck by the welcoming atmosphere of this quaint tea spot. It's a refreshing oasis for anyone seeking a high-quality tea experience. The variety of teas offered here is commendable. From the robust flavors of traditional black teas to the delicate nuances of herbal infusions, there's something for every palate. The Jasmine Green Tea, in particular, was a standout with its perfect balance of aroma and taste. What truly sets Li Cha Tea apart is their commitment to quality. Each brew I tasted spoke of their dedication to sourcing the finest leaves. The flavors were authentic, vibrant, and incredibly fresh. The presentation and packaging of the tea also deserve a mention. It's clear that great care is taken to ensure that each cup is not just a drink, but a delightful experience. The eco-friendly packaging aligns well with today's sustainability standards.Customer service here is top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about their products. They helped me choose the perfect tea based on my preferences, which was greatly appreciated. In conclusion, Li Cha Tea (T4 Cafe) in Northridge is a must-visit for tea lovers. Whether you're a connoisseur or just looking for a cozy spot to unwind, this cafe promises an exceptional tea experience that's sure to please. Highly recommended!

I am eating lunch and this place has amazing food and iced tea. I had an iced honey peach tea and mandarin glazed chicken with rice and veggies. Everything is fresh and flavorful. My next visit to the Northridge area will have to include another meal here. Oh and the outdoor seating was also wonderful.
