Best Taco Bell I like to dine in. The prices and sometimes the food can suck, like the new Crispanada that's priced at $4.39 at this location and it only took 4 bites to finish, but the atmosphere is the best. I come to this location for peace and quiet on a day off from work. The intersection of Lassen Street and Balboa Boulevard in general is pretty peaceful. I recommend coming here if you hate going to ghetto Taco Bell locations elsewhere. This is the 3rd location but best of all I recommend.

The owner of this franchise is constantly changing the menu options. There were several combo box options, then those changed. Then shortly thereafter, there were no combo options except the "classic combo." Then classic combo was discontinued about 2 weeks ago. This is schizophrenic menu management. The patron can't keep up. I take orders for others from my work, and get to the drive up window, and the offering they want is gone. No wonder this franchise has a 1.9 star rating.

So disappointed. Ordered on line and walked into Taco Bell with my app saying Order Ready. There was a family that started ordering food and I didn't see anything in the pick up rack. I got the attention of who I believe is the manager and said I was here to pick up. She asked my name went to the side and came back and said they had no order under that name. I showed her my app saying order was ready. She asked to see the name on my app, of course was the name I gave her the first time. She goes back again and apparently they over looked my order. No one apologized or said a word to me as I waited. The family who ordered food when I walked in got their food a good 5 minutes before I did and they ordered more than me yet I ordered mine a good 10 minutes before arriving. Another girl handed me the food and I said there should be a drink, she looks at the receipt walks off to get it and again not a word. She handed me the drink I was polite and said thank you and of course she didn't look at me or say you're welcome. This place needs some major training on customer service.

Food was good. They forgot an item and messed up on an item but. Eh its alright. At least the food was good. And the lady at the register was nice.

Not a surprise that this place only has two stars. We were buying 30 breakfast burritos for an event at school. We called the day before and solidified everything with the manager, Jesse. He said he would take care of it and leave a note for the next day. Show up the next day and they have no information, the girl running the drive-through was nasty and not helpful. Not sure why they want to lose out on an order of over $60 at 9am but that's just what they did. I will never go here again, and I urge you not to as well.

This is the worse Taco Bell I have ever seen and never happens anywhere else. Their staff works the drive-thru and leaves us inside for 10 min before they address us and I waited another 10 min.I was out of time I had to then wait to get my money back...they take forever to even do the drive-thru-I went to get in my car the line was so long and was not moving. So then I couldn't back out..FINALLY a person let me back up. Can't eat or back out..So I had no lunch-My corporate office of 150 people will NEVER come there again-we are right down the St I have been there 15 years. I also know the whole complex and everyone knows NOT to go there-I'm spreading the word. Mgmt., staff everyone was HORRIBLY RUDE

I dont eat at Taco Bell very often. That is why i dont have that many yelp history over my experiences of Taco Bell. Stopped here last week in town visiting my folks just to grab a small bite to eat. My girl loves it here. We ordered 10 different combo of tacos. We ordered drinks too. Nice somewhat decent place. Food was ok. Customer Service was not that good. All in all we enjoyed our lunch.
