This location is very close to CSUN, which means it gets very packed! We came around 7:30 on a Sunday, and there were no open tables available! We waited about 15 minutes for a table for three people, which wasn't bad considering how many tables were full and how few employees there were working at this location! We were told how to order through the QR code, but we quickly realized that it didn't allow for us to remove certain items from the hotpot! We were able to ask one employee for assistance, and he was extremely helpful! He took our order for us and helped us customize the hotpot bowls to our liking! It took about 10 minutes to receive our food, and they were huge portions! We all got the healthy veggie options with different broths and spice levels! The flavor was delicious, but there was way too much cabbage in the soup! It made it difficult to find the other veggies that had fallen to the bottom of the bowl! Overall, the meal was delicious, and they have some tasty sauces to customize the dipping sauce to your liking! I was able to take some of the hot pot home to have as another meal at home! I will be coming back because of how friendly the staff is and how delicious and comforting the meal was! It was easy to have a conversation and still enjoy a quiet meal if that's your preference! Be prepared to wait for a table during busy hours!

[ Verdict: It's okay ] Underwhelming compared to their "hot pot" competitors in the valley. The venue is spacious and they offer free green/black teas during lunch time. Employees/service was very attentive. The hot pot food does hit that "craving" you're looking for. Love the sauce options, but why are the sauce cups small...? Suggest giving customers a rice bowl or a real saucer size container. I like how you can turn of the fire "off" on your hot pot, but portions seem underwhelming compared to other places for the price value. As for the boba drinks, we agreed it is watered down and the boba is not chewy. It's cooked, but doesn't have that "bouncy" texture.

It was ok...The major problem in had was is with the service. They weren't rude but my wife has a shellfish allergy and we made it very clear and when her soup came out there was crab legs sticking out when we pointed out that we ordered with no shelfish the cook came out and asked "no shelfish?" And we had to elaborate very clearly again NO SHELLFISH! It just ruined our dinner timing and excitementDietary restrictions: Be very careful if you have allergies coming here

Food was great! My Gf's family invited me for Lunch and It's my first time eating a Hot Pot food! Definitely enjoyed it and I'll come back to try the other Flavors/Savory they have! I tried the Kimchi Pot - Medium in spicy level. It wasn't that spicy but I enjoyed it. The server was friendly and service was great!

Been here twice and everything was all good. Excellent experience. First of all the food. They were exceptionally good! In my 2 day visit there, I have tried I think about 7 items in their menu and they were all very good. So tasty and delicious. They earned the right to be called tasty pot. Cheesy milk, taiwanese supreme, lobster seafood, thai hot pot, calamares, and takoyaki, they were all equally good. But the hot pot that stand out the most for me is the lobster seafood hot pot. You can add more items into your hot pot for an extra charge. Portions are big too. 2 people can even share a pot especially the large ones. Their soup base are so good and they are refillable. Just ask the crew for a refill. The place is very clean. Staff are really friendly and nice. Pricewise very reasonable and affordable. Will definitely come back to this place and try probably the curry of the beefy hot pot! 5stars in my opinion!

Super friendly too.Got myself a Cheese Milk broth on the app but I saw there was a tomato option, so I was curious to try. I thought it would be milk and tomato broth. All I tasted was the tomato broth. I asked the really kind server, Jann, and he told me they fully replace the broth to tomato should you choose the tomato option under cheese milk broth. Make sure you keep it at original if you want the cheesy broth.Every topping there were great! Unlike boiling point, you can't choose to take out an ingredient. Here, you can even get rid of the cabbages!I also got the Hokkaido milk tea which wasn't all that. Definitely not BP Hokkaido!Overall, this is a great place if you want hot pot!Dietary restrictions: They have veggie hotpot! Great for vegetarians.

I came here with mom and dad on a cold rainy day. Man, did the hot pot hit the spot. The woman at the counter sat us right away and was extremely helpful with navigating the menu. I ordered the kimchi. It was perfect. Mom had the veggie with a Thai base. It had a great lemongrass flavor. Dad ordered the beef and really enjoyed his. We also shared calamari. They were great. I barely ate two before mom finished the plate. I should have ordered more. They were so good. We also absolutely loved the satay spread and garlic soy. Yum! We'll definitely come back.
