I've been to several ubatuba locations and this is one of my favorites. It's not a build your own like the others but it still works. The small is $11 but you get a few toppings involved. The seating area could be better there is plenty of seats but it feels like it's aged over time with the look of it. The service is nice and quick it is not typically busy so the bowls usually take a few minutes and they are ready. That is part of the reason it's never too busy.

I didn't buy anything cause this place the stench the SMELL that reeks from this place is a hazard. How in the world do people trust to order from a stinky place? Change your mops, hire a cleaning staff, or check your rotten fruits. I walked out!!!

I've been a loyal customer here for many years, and they consistently excel at crafting my favorite acai bowls. The service is impressively speedy, especially when placing orders in advance online. They ensure my bowl stays perfectly chilled, allowing me to leisurely enjoy it without worrying about it melting by the time I pick it up. While parking in the plaza can be a challenge at night, it's usually quite empty in the mornings. Inside, there's always an abundance of seating available, and I've never encountered a situation where the place was too crowded to find a seat. Occasionally, the quality of their fruit isn't top-notch. It's a bit hit or miss, but most of the time, I receive bowls filled with fresh, succulent fruit.

Just ok. The açaí is fairly thick and grainy rather than creamy. I added passion fruit as a topping, and it was missing when it was arrived. I chose banana for both mine and my husband's bowl, and one bowl had banana around the entire bowl, while the other only had it on half even though both bowls had the same amount of toppings. Weird. Eh, I've had better açaí.

When I ordered my acai and requested nutella guess what was missing oh and didn't even get my receipt because she didn't ask just went ahead and moved on the worst customer service frankly don't ask for tips you don't deserve

The reviews about this location not giving you what you ordered is right. They didn't give me 3 toppings that I ordered. If you do come here double check that they give you what you want because it will most likely be wrong.

Small location.. but service is pretty fast. Açaí bowl is delicious... if you're not to hungry you can do a scoop and your choice of topping..prices are reasonable. Will definitely keep coming to this spot.

Literally always mess up my order and the workers are always in a horrible mood. On top of that, the cashier overcharged me, added toppings that I didn’t ask for, and the Açaí tastes like shaved ice. Never coming back here.

i always come here just for the acai and i like to tip whenever i can but i was short on cash my last trip so i wasn’t able to. my order is a small acai with nothing on it so don’t know how the total got so high plus i had checked the night of the transaction and the total was different when i checked my account the next day. my only assumption is they charged me for a tip i did not authorize? regardless this was very disappointing
Love this place! Their açaí is really good and I love eating here. Truly my favorite go-to spot whenever I want açaí and the service is amazing. I never wait more than 5 minutes for my order. Highly recommend!

I don't know what it is about this location but they freaking suck at serving their bowls. They're all young kids and clearly don't like their jobs and just chop things up and throw them into bowls. There's literally no reason for my large uba bowl to have a freaking cup of granola on the side, a mountain of blueberries, and mashed up strawberries. And then lopsided acai with all the ingredients at the bottom of the bowl. How do you mess up slicing FRUIT and putting granola? Nobody's asking for a pretty presentation but when I have no granola at the top and have to dig my spoon in to get granola or any acai to begin with, it's frustrating and annoying. ESPECIALLY when uba has the audacity to raise their prices like this with mid acai. The only reason anyone keeps coming back is because there's no other acai place in the valley. Y'all employee young kids that hate their job and show up faded to every shift and mess up every bowl. I have more issues w this location than I've had compliments. I had to edit it because the more I ate it, the more I realized this was more of a "screw you" bowl for even coming in. How the hell is the entire half of my bowl GRANOLA? Dude what? And I paid $15 for this + a tip????

Bad service. Ordered and paid online. Drove in to pick up in 20 minutes. Three employees just chatting behind counter. They had not made the order and had zero idea an order was placed. The owner / manager should fire the employees. It's like third-world service. No care or concern for the customers. We will be taking our business to the competition.
