It's good for a quick bite. Service is fast, and the servers are pretty friendly despite what I see in the reviews. Some of the food is already prepared for serving so you usually don't have to wait too long; the pizza bits are always a good choice and I tried the new frozen horchata and it was pretty good too!

I stopped by here with my wife when we were shopping inside Northridge mall. I saw the pizza Wetzel bitz ans wanted to try it. I thought it would be a little cheaper but the price was basically more than a whole pizza from a certain place. The Wetzel bitz was okay but I don't believe it was worth the price especially since you don't get that much. The staff working was friendly so that was the only highlight when I came here.

So I'm just trying to make this make sense. But an employee messed up on my order & went back and asked them to correct my order since I paid for it. And part of GOOD customer service is being polite and going above & beyond for your customers , RIGHT ?? And y'all can't even give me a refund for something YOU messed up on? Please help me understand. Because that doesn't sound right... NEVER EVER returning here & I'll be definitely taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Today we ordered online....apparently there is no such way of ordering? I went to the mall to get the order and was told that NO Wetzel Pretzel location can take an order online. $45 order and I had to reorder and pay a 2nd time. Called the phone number on the email receipt and it went to the girl at the counter who said no online orders. Then we called the other number that says Contact Us and it goes to a personal cell phone. No answer multiple times we called. $90 of pretzels and one of the cheese cups was opened on the corner, bad, and smelled gross. Won't go here again. I am hoping to get a call back or email for refund in a timely manner.

It is 8/7/2022 6:34 pm I asked the girls of the lemonade was real lemon juice because the sign said fresh lemon, and both didn't know and laughed at me. These kids shouldn't be working here the are very uneducated. This is the one on the first floor next to old navy.

I visited the northridge location on 11/27/21 and as soon as I ordered the young lady in the back rolled her eyes , as if she was tired of taking orders , and they kept laughing not taking my order correctly and as I double checked my order the same young lady didn’t let me finish the order said “ yeah we got it” and when I asked for condiments she said it would be extra and I didn’t mind paying and she said don’t worry about and asked me to put my 5 dollar bill into the tip jar. I’m all about having a fun and positive work environment but there’s a time to play and there’s a time to be professional.

The pretzel bits have gotten pricier but went down in quality.. COAT EM RIGHT IN CINNAMON THEY DRY IN TASTE & TOPPINGS ! in the long run business is gonna go down and we might just buy elsewhere . Been stuck to wetzels forever and feel like the Aunt just might be getting my cash more often

I came by this location on 2/12 and wanted to order something but the lady they had working spoke absolutely NO English whatsoever. Seriously? Wow. That should be a requirement for working at that location- being bilingual. She kept working and basically ignored me rather than trying to obtain the answer to my basic question. Then another other young lady, Daniella or Danielle, arrived around 10:57 am was a bit condescending. I assume being courteous and not curt with the customer is not something she learned through her corporate training. I thought I was going to wait and order something but then decided not to. I won't visit this location again.
