On Nov. 27 about 10:30am at the Burger King on Rosecrans in Norwalk, I asked the young man at the counter for the code to the restroom. He acted bothered, but gave me the code. I tried it a couple of times, but it didn't work. I asked him to help, and he said, "I'm busy, I have customers. I don't have time to help you." (I guess I wasn't considered a customer.) He would have only had to walk about six feet to open the door for me, but would not. I'm a 65-year old woman and needed the restroom. Apparently, Burger King doesn't care about keeping customers or about human decency, for that matter.

Asked for the fiery nuggets. Got regular ones. Asked for ranch got bbq. Bruh it aint rocket science.Avoid the nuggets. They taste like high school nuggets.
I have been to many other BK locations, but this location was the best!!! Keep it up guys~

May 22nd 12:10pmHow do I put 0 stars?I only go here when I have coupons because I would never pay full price for half assed service. If the shift lead can not do their job correctly then who can? Went with a 12.99 coupon for two whopper lager combos. Wanted to add a chicken sandwich + onion rings on top.Shift lead charges me $12 for a chicken sandwich and two large drinks. So I had to pay the other $7 for the whoppers??After waiting 15 minutes at the window trying to clear up this inconvenience she STILL messes up my order. After asking if everything is there she says yes and turns her back.
