My co-worker went here and the burger was delicious. I can't remember the guys name but he was wonderful too... I accidentally ordered on Postmates and he was kind enough to cancel for me... Really nice man

You basically make your burger as you want it. You can't go wrong. Parking is plentiful in this large shopping center You can't miss the place - it has the Norwalk water tower on top of it. Food was made nicely. No complaints. Price is decent. Good option for when eating out with vegetarians.

Second time I've tried this place, and both times have received poor customer service. We ordered four waters, and the cashier, Ashlyn M, gave us four soda cups. We didn't question it at first, and poured our waters. Then, we looked at the receipt and were charged with 2.50 for each water. So, we asked about the price, and she told us we had the wrong cups. Then, we let her know that we didn't know, but you could see the soda cups we had were filled with water. She then said you have to bring them back with attitude, and my mom said she didn't have to respond in such a way. She then said if you don't like it, then you can leave. We also later asked for the manger, and she said we would have to call him, but refused to give us the number, and told us we had to look for it ourselves. This was one of the worst interactions we've had, and especially horrible for my mom on mother's day.

This was my first time eating here... I got the burger trio and my daughter got the kids burger. I also got the jalapeño poppers... My biggest issue with this place is I came in and it was empty yet it still took me 30 mins to get my food and I watched 2 people after me order and get their food before me. The burgers were awesome. The chicken sandwich was probably my favorite of the trio. The spicy burger actually had some heat to it and it was delicious... The poppers were basic nothing to write home about... I'll be back just hopefully not waiting 30 mins for my food when it's empty...

Me and the family enjoy Burgerim. We come here often because the food and service is always great! Outdoor patio is dog friendly and they have plenty of parking. There's many burger options to choose from and they even have a not so secret menu that has fish and shrimp tacos. The beer on tap had me at first sight! We definitely recommend it!

We will not be visiting this place anymore, we ordered food on Saturday night. We ordered the BOX deal, it wasn't just myself that got sick, but a few Family members as well. I had it the worst, something was definitely not good that day in the Food.

This place is great. It has so many menu options and the employee at the cashier today was super sweet and kind. I told her I had never been and she explained the whole menu and gave recommendations. After I left I got back to work and opened my bag of food she wrote "have a great day" truly an amazing employee!

food does not look as big as shown. paid 54$ for 2 breakfast burrito that was the size of a egg roll wth??? chicken finger looking as food. fries were about 15pcs in a box. cannot find big smileys breakfast burritos anywhere yall hiding behind burger im. be aware yall dissapointed
This review is for this specific location. I used to go to the one in Downtown Long Beach before they closed -- and I've tried all the different burgers they offer. They're all pretty good and they offer so many toppings that you can really enhance even an average burger and make it pretty tasty. I usually order through Postmates and get the same thing -- a trio with grilled chicken / add whatever extras I want, because as mentioned, the additions really spruce up the burgers quite a bit....unless, of course, the meat is RAW! The last two times I ordered, the chicken was raw and with that gross crunchy texture when you bite into uncooked chicken muscle. I decided to try again and order, because maybe it was just a fluke...but NOPE! A trio of non-edible undercooked chicken burgers which went straight into the garbage, and I had to just eat pickles, onions, avocado and a slice of bacon as my meal. The annoying part about the whole thing is that if they would just allow the area at the bottom on Postmates where it says "Special Instructions", I would simply say "please make sure the chicken breasts are well done and cooked properly", but they don't have that section as an option, so they just keep on sending me out disgustingly undercooked chicken.

Don't usually go to places I haven't been to. The classic burger wasGREAT!!! Don't usually order or eat fries, but my friend ordered them, I couldn't stop eating them. Tried to take home for later, but ate ALL of them before we got home (4-5 min drive)best fries ever. Service great, bring food to outdoor tables. Recommend HIGHLY!!! Can order online and pick up to go.Wonderful!!

This location is clean and surprisingly the burger was good. Isn't as big as the menu makes it look but the taste is really good. Value isn't there though. A single burger with just bacon added was about $10.The cookies and creme shake was good but wasn't full of cookies. Had mostly creme or ice cream.I would eat here again but not often.

I have found me a new Burger Spot!!! I had the Cowboy burger Combo, with onion rings!!! So delicious!!! With a side of sweet potato fries, and a side of regular fries, and the Bbq wings!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Customer service was welcoming, took there time to explain the menu, since this was my first visit. I will definitely be back!!!
