Thought it was just me but then my brother too got sick! We both ate the wet green burrito and both of us got sick! Throwing up and stomach issues for a few days! Another time I tried their burger and fries and the burger was over cooked and dry and the fries were also over cooked! Be careful when u eat there

I went there because of the homemade tortillas and menudo. I took my own pot. They have super service. Juan helped me. It was very delicious. My wife kept saying how good it was!!! The tortillas were excellent as well. I wish Taco Joe and Juan many years of good fortune. I will be going back for sure.

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was in high school (50 years!). The food is the same high-quality it has always been. The serving sizes are huge. People are complaining about price increases, however, a small cheese fry is the size of a huge plate. The owner tries very hard to balance prices With quality. Any of you complaining about the prices? Need to come in here and see how wonderful these portions are, and how delicious the food is. It is clean, plenty of parking. Any John Glenn High School grad will tell you the same!

Person in the front register took a long time for one order and they charge $5 for cheese on fries like dang, back then was way better who ever is running this place now plz make it how it was before

Tacos, nachos and chili cheese fries are very good. Cooked to order, old school style fast food. Large portions reasonable prices.

Not too sure if they changed owners but every time I do order here due to the connivence of it being close to home the service and quality has gone down a lot. I've been placing phone order for pick up to speed up the process but even with that they move at a slow pace. I also noticed reheating of carne asada thrown back on the grill with a splash of water as I was waiting for my food.

Taco Joe has great food. I go for lunch break all the time and their tacos are amazing. Just tried the torta the other day and wet burrito and both of those are delicious too.

Worst experience ever came in here bought a torta and a pineapple juice that tasted expired and asked to exchange it guy said he couldn't refund or exchange never come here place is dead and really bad customer service had to ruin a Father's Day for the family
The food is well portioned. The service was top notch. The ambiance is very welcoming and home like style omg I'm stuffed !!!! Very happy costumer thank you Taco Joe I want some mo !!!

I've been going to Taco Joe's since 1964. Always loved their all beef burrito, a a French Fries with cheese, and a soda from the fountain... I would go back every chance I had whenever I was visiting that area. Unfortunately, the prices have gotten so high that it's not worth it anymore. Last time I was there was December of 2022. It was my last visit. I paid about $22 for that exact order, and that's ridiculous. While I was eating, a women ordered her food to go. When they gave her total, she argued with the cashier, then walked out... It's sad to see a iconic place like that, struggling to survive knowing that their days are numbered because of the cost of doing business in California...

Looking for some late lunch so grabbed 2 special Asada fries crinkle style fries, Asada and cheese topped top tomato onion chopped. I grabbed a burrito mujado. Great as always as well as filling. The proprietor always friendly sorry forget his name. I love the atmosphere of the place history along the walls. The original Joe's and the Norwalk skating ring and past customers. Atmosphere = 9 Food = 9 Wait service = 8 Specials = 8 Main proprietor = 9 I recommend this mom and pop. To sit in or to go. Got horchata and other drinks
