Cocina Northgate #24

I came in on August 2nd to get my husband a tres leches cake for his birthday. We would get our tres leches cake from here all the time when we bought them because they were so good and moist. I came in and they no longer put any writing on the cakes for you, which is fine but the ladies behind the counter don't have to be rude about it. The cake was not good at all it was pretty dry and it had a lot of frosting. I only put 2 stars because the cashier was nice.

I come here a lot, the tacos are delicious and the carnitas and chicken is good , I come in fill up my cart and before leaving I stop and get tacos mostly, There's burritos and tortas and quesadillas . The masa For tamales is good from here just add some chicken boo-ya and it's done, slap it , flip it ,spread it out lol and u gots you some Delicious tamales. Once in a while in the back by meat it stinks but other then that this is my store.

I just felt the need to write this review to thank Fransisco for his amazing help yesterday. I ordered a fruit platter at the very last minute Over the phone . He was so helpful to make sure got exactly what I needed . Called me back to make sure it would be ready for me first thing this morning . The staff was just as kind handing me the the fruit platter this morning . I love this store . All employees are kind and this store is always so clean .
