I would not return to this place, a person came in from the street, touched and manipulated all the food utensils that were near the drinks, the staff was watching and did absolutely nothing to avoid this situation, this action is unhygienic and can cause health problems to consumers.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The employee named “Julieta” has the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. Let me explain, my mother asked for her to open the restroom nicely, as one should, this Julieta woman completely ignored her and started screaming at other coworkers explaining that orders come first and restrooms come last but also throwing indirects at my mother. I understand, orders should be completed within a certain amount of time, but a few seconds to press on a button to open the restroom wouldn’t make too much of a difference. This woman also has a superiority complex against a young male worker and would scream in his face telling him he’s not aloud to use more than one coupon on customers (which is not what happened, there were separate transactions being made). After waiting up front, she continued to scream at her coworkers, keep in mind she is not a manager, and would practically scold them AND customers. If I am being honest, the place was no where near as occupied as I have seen in other places. There was no need to act that way even if it was occupied. It comes to show how incapable they are to control their emotions and work under “pressure”. It drives customers away.I hope punitive action is taken against this Julieta person as that was no way to treat customers or coworkers.The above occurred Saturday, March 16, 2024 around 10 AM.

Had a terrible experience at this JIB. Walked and asked to use the restroom first but the staff insisted that I must purchase something before I can use it with a stern look. So I paid for a $11 item. The restroom was a disgusting mess. Yuk! Came out to get my food and saw there was a big liquid spill in front of the soda dispenser. It was a risk hazard but wasn't being addressed timely. I enjoy eating at JIB but this location made me wanna stay far away from it for a while.

I have come here on several occasions in the morning for my lunch and I am very satisfied with the service that is provided at this jacks . It’s always a clean and well kept up place overall . And the staff are very welcoming. I always see my favorite friendly staff . Keep up the good work .

It seems there were only 2 people working late, and the line on the drive thru was moving very slowly and backed up almost to Imperial Hwy. A customer got impatient, and one employee came out to argue with them, taking more time for orders to be processed. To top it all off we ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich but got 1 crispy and 1 baked. If only that employee had not stopped working to argue with a customer we may have gotten our correct order.

My ultimate cheeseburger was more like the Ultimate DISASTER! Meat patties were incomplete and the bottom bun looked like it was dipped in grease...yuk! My taco was mush! The soda machine did not have gas for the drinks, nasty! Needless to say, the restrooms were a total disaster, they both smelled like homeless people bathe and use the restrooms! The whole staff was a mess and in total disarray. They took forever with our order and fudged up our food! Won't come back here again!

Awful unwelcoming location. Gives Jack in the Box a very bad name! Placed my order though the app 5:14am... 11/26/2023. Arrived and was told by a VERY rude older man they are not open and will not make my order. Wasted time and patience with this location. I will not be returning! Don't advertise being a 24hr location. Clearly NOT a 24hr location. I also never received a refund. He told me to cancel it myself! I drove a couple blocks down to Carmenita and Imperial Highway and was treated better and friendly staff with fresh food for the win!

Bad customer service. The cashier didn't know what the product was carrying, she was very rude to serve us, we were a group of tourists who were passing through and they really don't stop at this store it's losing
