I like the fact that there open open late and it’s on the way home. But the service is bad. There was a guy working tonight and he kept asking about sauce even though I said no but since I wasn’t the one driving I guess no didn’t matter on the sauce situation . They don’t seem to hear in the speaker to well either because you have to repeat your order a few times. Other than that it’s nice to get a bite to eat late at night.

Can't see how this place will last. It's gone downhill over last year from food quality to staff & with the owner now charging for everything, soon it will be like KFC down the street. Shut down. I go to others now & they give you whatever you ask for within reason & no charge. The prices are too high & having to pay extra for a sauce means you go somewhere else to save a little, which means businesses make less and shut down. No biggie. We already have to leave Norwalk to get everything already. A shame.

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves :-) the to newest employees a young man and a young woman we're both doing extremely well with their training and as well the manager was doing a great job in training them :-) the food was great everything was clean as well :-) the only thing I could say is that the bathroom could do with you a little bit of fixing up from all the tagging and abuse from the surrounding homeless community. Otherwise this place gets + 10/10
Requested senior discount and the price remained the same. He held onto my soda and just gave me an odd stare. I am 70 and disabled. Never experienced this before. Here or elsewhere. Maybe he had a bad day. Since this has happened twice now, I am not sure if I will return there anymore.

Got stuck in the drive through for over 30 minutes. The most horrible service I ever received from a fast food establishment. Never returning wasted so much gas waiting.

Worst service I have ever had!! I ordered a number 4 jumbo Jack combo!! When I got to the window the I gave the cashier my money. Waited for the food then I checked it! I was missing my fries and a coke!! I asked her excuse me I'm missing my items! She said I didn't Oder it I said I order a number 4 on the menu a number four is a jumbo jack combo she said it was just a the burger not the combo!! She was very rude and arrogant and very nasty!!
