I've been going to this place for years for coffee and baguettes, unfortunately they have become really cheap and the customer service sucks now. Today I went in and I asked for a coffee with light ice because last time I went they put so much ice and almost no coffee and the girl in the cashier said they will not fill it up all the way if it's light ice. She was rude to me after I told her that I wanted it full even if I had to pay extra. She ended up charging extra to fill it up. Also, my Turkey sandwich that I ordered was very poorly made. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

I love the coffee and sandwiches here! However the cleanness of the place was nasty !! Old food on the floor, dirty trash can, floors looked they have not been cleaned in weeks, you see flys everywhere. The place needs to deep clean very urgently for the people. When asking the employees if they clean they said "yes" but the floor and flys say otherwise!

I hav liked Lee's for years and was very excited that one opend close to my house. After coming to the Norwalk Lee's at least 5 times, i felt compelled to leave a review. This lee's feels like it is a budget Lee's f that makes sense. They Never have wings or it is 20 minute wait, they have run out od the pickled carrots that make most of their sandwiches. The fans and hood are filled wth dust. Etc etc. just not a clean friendly Lee's Sandwiches place. Sandwices are not made the same as other Lee's.

Ordered a coffee with no ice to receive it 1/3 full. I then asked the gentleman to fill it up as I paid for the full cup and he said no. I then asked him to fill it up with ice instead and his response was "no, I'm busy." REALLY? What a way to treat customers. Very disappointed

I really love going here! Can eat their sandwiches all day. The good is great, I always get extra pate since it's really good. Service is amazing! And the surrounding is fine.

Pretty good sandwiches, but be careful you might not get your change back. 48 cents is not a lot of money, but it's the principle of it. Cashier didn't even say he was shorting me. I ended up calling him out on it. And he tells me "we have no change" and that they are always short change here. I'm pretty sure that all adds up. Wow smh.
This review is for the Norwalk location, some reviewers aren't the brightest star in the sky and are reviewing Lee's in general or other locations. I'm rating the Norwalk location low because I'm tired of being ripped off by this location. First the good, which is why this isn't a 1 star review: The coffee is delicious, most of the food here is good, and the service is adequate. The bad and the reason for 2 stars: Food is getting stupid expensive everywhere. This location and most other Lee's are raising their prices. I get it, they need to make a profit too. What I'm sick and tired of, is being jipped on the amount of coffee in the cups. Fine, fill it up with ice, it's what you're known for doing and in all honesty, it helps keep the drink cooler a little longer. I'm ok with that. But since this location (Norwalk) opened, and a few other locations as well, they always leave a huge air gap from where the coffee ends and the top of the lid. Ugh, it's aggravating to all hell. I never complained before, I paid and went about my business. But it always irked me and left a bad taste in my mouth. The minute a more convenient alternative presents itself, I'm done with Lee's. Shout out to the Bellflower location, awesome workers, always super nice, AND that location actually fills your damn cup! If they weren't so far from me I would go there everyday instead of Norwalk. The Commerce location is just as bad as Norwalk when it comes to filling the cup. Fullerton is hit or miss, but they have the best food so far out of all the locations I've visited and was the cleanest.

As soon as you walk in, the music is blaring at an unnecessary volume.Cashier took our order (no receipt) and you need exact change if paying cash.They got somewhat busy, and I understand the time it takes to prepare food. But my smoothie was poorly blended. Chunks of ice with hardly any flavor. Extremely disappointed by the lack of quality.

I love this place! I always get the turkey sandwich and it's always super yummy! I like how you go up to the kiosk and just do it all yourself! There pastry's are always good especially the horns!! That are filled with vanilla cream!!
