Honestly this place was really good. Worth getting the meal, the fries alone are fire! Definitely recommend. Big portion, and sauces are delicious.

Just Absolutely DISGUSTING.. So I knew this place was disgusting already, from the area and location it is at, and from knowing what restaurants were there already in the past. But I love chicken so much, it is my go to meat of choice. I live in the area and decided to pass by and TRY to give it a shot. So when I walked in, it was already bad odor, or the best. Everything looked VERY unorganized. The place was not kept well/cleaned at all in general. I was SO close to walk out already but I decided to stay and order. Man, when I got a cup for my drink, there was DIRTY MOLD on the bottom of the drink fountain machine. It was so disgusting! The ice wasn't even working on the machine. It was just super GHETTO and not cleaned. It's been YEARS that I've walked into a restaurant like this. Restaurants like this are more around a bad area/city. I basically got my food, opened it and was not satisfied. I threw it away. I lost over $20 dollars but I see it more as I saved myself from possibly getting sick. I did not pay much attention to the food but it didn't look good neither. I can guarantee anyone that this place will not last here for that long, UNLESS a miracle happens and they all of a sudden see this review and get the place cleaned up a little more. Then again all of a sudden they get an increase in clientele. If your a neat freak like me and look at the cleanliness and neatness of a restaurant that your about to consume your food, then go ahead and go to this restaurant and see it for yourself. You'll absolutely run from this place.

I think they changed ownership and most likely staff too.I had been going here since I discovered they had a location in Norwalk, after some friends introduced us to this place out in Torrance.I absolutely loved their loaded Mac and cheese with chicken tenders and a side order of sweet potato fries. They are beyond superb!!Also, so far this is the only location I have discovered that makes sweet potato fries.Their spiciness is no joke. Even the 'very hot' is apparently extremely hot. So much so. That you can barely enjoy the plate without your mouth in fire and tears roll down your face.The reason I say it changed owners is: price changes, you now have to purchase a drink with the loaded Mac and Cheese. And also, unfortunately it did not taste the same as before.They tend to add a sauce to the dish and before ot was savory and delicious, now it is spicy. I may be overreacting due to not being able to tolerate spicy/hot foods; but the last time I went here (around June, like a month ago) the sauce was very spicy even though I clearly asked for no spice.Before April, it would take 30+ minutes for the meal to be prepared, but it was worth it! The Mac and Cheese tasted like if it was oven prepped.Also, the dish is very filling. I usually can make up to 3 meals out of it, due to the sheer amount on the plate. I commend them on this....Sad part is the Mac and Cheese now tastes like they added either mustard or some other yellow/orange product so that the Mac and Cheese appears more vibrant.

The chicken was undercooked and the batter technique they use was obviously not made well as it slid off the chicken and was not crispy. It seems that when I arrived the meal was barely being packaged, which was good timing since I had ordered over the phone. So, I don’t understand why my fries were cold, not even warm. On top of that, the mac and cheese served was watery. It was a disappointing meal overall. They do have a clean facility and friendly staff. I threw my meal away. I doubt anyone wanting to try eating here would want to see the pictures of undercooked chicken.

Quick service, great sandwich! The fries somehow stayed crispy the whole time we were eating. Definitely going back.

Nashville hot chicken is HOT right now - the bee's kneeeess. Been to a couple of the other locations - most recently the one in La Mirada. The food was fiirrre and this one doesn't disappoint either. Came for their grand opening and they hooked it up w/ free loaded tender fries & a free drink B) These guys are poppin' up all over the place and it's no surprise. Glad to know more are opening more local to where I am. Food is damn good!
Grand opening! Again!! This place is so convenient for work, but sometimes it's difficult to be productive out of eating here. So good!! Love me some Nashville Hot Chicken

On top of that, the mac and cheese served was watery. It was a disappointing meal overall. They do have a clean facility and friendly staff. I threw my meal away. I doubt anyone wanting to try eating here would want to see the pictures of undercooked chicken.
