Food was burnt and dry. They started refusing customer at 9:40PM and refused to take orders for anything other than plain cheese pizza. The pizza, Cheesebread and wings are already pre-made, and it only takes 5-10 minutes in the oven.

I go here all the time and I used to love this little Caesars but now that’s changed. I got two extra most best pepperoni pizzas and some wings. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food which I understood because it was a Saturday night. I get my god and I’m eating pizza on my way home. I get to the end of my serving slice and I pull a long brown shiny piece of hair out of my mouth. THERE WAS HAIR IN MY MOUTH!!!!!! So I go back Easter making sure the hair wasn’t mine. The manager offered me new pizza. I turned it down and asked for my money back because their female employed all has loose ponytails where their hair was still hanging down. Even if you wear a hat their hair should be in a bun so no hair falls in the food. I will not be going back to this location if they are going to allow their employees to be careless. I was so disgusted. I threw up because of them being nasty. Number one role in food services is making sure your hair is tied up to prevent hair in food.

This location never has hot and ready pizza like it's supposed to be. Its always a 10-20 min wait. Today is 25 min wait. For just regular peperoni. Just go somewhere else.

Horrible service and more. Placed an order online and after said it would be quite a while before they would get our order done. So I called the store. I was welcomed with a busy signal, then someone who couldn't speak English well. Said he would call the store (wasn't I calling the store). Sat on hold for 25 min, yes TWENTY FIVE MINUTES WITHOUT AN ANSWER. my husband went to the store, and no one wanted to help him. When he asked for help the female gave him attitude and was rude. He asked for a manager who promptly was rude and not helpful. He basically said that he was busy and to get over it because we had our pizza. Our pizza that sat in the "heat portal" for 25 min before our pizza was supposed to even be picked up. Just sitting there and no contact. When asked, the manager shrugged and said "oh well, you got your pizza, not my problem". It is your problem. My young children were waiting for dinner that was not even hot nor tasty. It's extremely disappointing that we were treated this way and still expected to pay for our meal and not even a sorry. I need someone to email me back and explain this. I would like a full refund and a chance for your store in Norwalk ca to make it right. Will this happen? Will this just go on deaf ears? I hope little Caesar's makes this right.

Several times now I come to this exact location and they don't have lunch combos ready like the commercials say. SMH I don't recommend this location. Go to a different one just poor performance time and time

I really like the vegetable pizza. Atmosphere they need to fix flooring. Since it's hot when you go in there get your pizza they don't even have a chair for you to sit on. Not good cuz I walked in and placed an order I did not call it in or order onlineVegetarian options: "Yes" I have been to other pizza parlors and have paid more for the pizza but I enjoy Little Caesars Pizza better. My son enjoys the meat lovers or think of any of it

I don't typically come to this location, but it was on my way home, first and foremost it's in a dirty shopping center with very little parking and a bunch of homeless people standing around. I had to wait to get a parking spot then to see 15 people standing in line like they were giving away free pizza. The cashier was interacting with someone on a cell phone, trying to explain how they can't charge for sauces over the phone. Finally, when I get to the cashier, I try to place an order for a pepperoni pizza and a pretzel pizza only for her to tell me that it's going to take about 30 minutes for regular pizza and they were all out of the pretzel pizza. When I asked why, they wouldn't have a sign in the front of the door stating they were all out of something the cashier looked at me like I was crazy. Horrible service!!!
