Always issues at this McDonald's, ordered a big Mac and qtr pounder. Qtr pounder was ordered with reg burger top since my son is alergic to sesame seeds and they gave us just the patty...big Mac came with the top and middle buns together and the patties together on the bottom...ugh. And a few weeks ago my qtr pounder came with the separator paper still on patty, see pic.

There workers know that it is a job and not a career. Therefore, the service is below par. The food is McDonald's food and you can't expect more from pre-made food, over-size drinks that lead to diabetes, soggy fries. Managers are helpful and are attentive to your concerns which is a big plus and that's why I give it 3 star

Today they ran out of McRib sandwiches and managers could not put a sign out in the drive-thru knowingly that they ran out. They waited until I spoke to the manager Krista. She stated " I apologize for that, but even if we put a sign in the drive-thru that we're out of anything it would be on top of the speaker so you would still have to go through drive-thru." They already know when they're on their last bag of McRib patties from the freezer, but yet they could not be considerate enough for the customers. Time is valuable to most people and It's unacceptable to run a restaurant like this.

This McDonald's no longer offers $1 soda. Which was an incentive for coming here. I will now stop ordering combos and just use the deal from the app and bring my own drink which usually comes out to half the combo price.
