2 hours to deliver 2 pizzas down the street to my business. Horrible service and times. Better just picking it up yourself. 2 hours!!!!

Ordered a dinner box, at time of pick up cashier assured ranch was inside the box. Arrived home to find out no ranch at all. Called restaurant and cashier asked. Are you sure there was no ranch? Really.. why would I bother in taking my time in calling back.. be sure to double check your order before exiting restaurant..

Started about a month ago when I ordered, and they got one of my pizzas wrong. I called, and they offered $15 credit to my phone number. Overall, I was okay with this.Today, I decided to use that credit, but they tell me it's only valid for 2 weeks. This was never told to me at all. And told that now I know for next time. Well that was no help. I reluctantly pay for my pizzas. Go home to find, once again, one of my pizzas was wrong, again! Called, and they offered to remake it or for credit. I chose to remake because I just want my pizza.Overall a waste of time, nobody told me anything about these things and the same thing happened and now returning back just to pick up again. It was a really bad experience and I don't think I'll come back for quite a long time

Did not deliver my food even though I called to make sure it was being delivered now I have to wait 4-5 business days for a refund it was that, wait for cold food, or store credit what a joke get your staff organized what a waste of a Sunday night thanks...

I honestly have no good words. We were ordering for the hospital last night and this was around 10:45 PM. I made a phone call to see what time they stop doing delivery and the girl that answered kept asking me all these questions for delivery or pick up and I said it's going to be for delivery, but I'm going to order online. I just want to find out if You guys are still open for delivery she says well I can't tell you that until I put in your information I said, what do you need my information for I just want to know if you guys are open for delivery so I hung up the phone placed an order online within a minute and a half. I received a phone call from a gentleman stating he was closing at 11 o'clock even though their hours stated they were open until 12. He stated he had no drivers and he was closing because he was short staffed. He was the only one in the facility, I said how can you be the only one in the facility when the girl that I just spoke to 10 minutes before you was there with you so are you closing the entire store or you're just not open for delivery? Can you change my order to pick up I will come and pick it up. We're ordering for the hospital. No I can't. I'm closing he says so you're closing an hour early before I'm short staffed I'm the only one here right now I said how can that be that makes no sense I just got off the phone with one of your employees. Can I speak to your supervisor please I am the supervisor I said OK can I have the corporate number please you can look it up online. I said oh my God, are you kidding me right now he says I can't hear you you're breaking up I said how are you not able to hear me you're talking to me on the phone I can't hear you you're breaking up and starts laughing on the phone I said, do you know what this is really unprofessional you're supposed to be a manager of the store and this is how you act to customers I just want you to know that there is a witness to this. The doctor is now listening to this conversation and he continues to laugh stating that he can't hear me on the phone you're breaking up I can't hear you And then tells me and repeats everything that I'm saying to him, so how can you not hear me you're repeating everything I'm saying in this conversation but then you're telling me that I'm breaking up and you can't hear me this spot is so unprofessional and just childish, the behavior of the staff is beyond Insubordinate we will no longer be ordering at the hospital from you guys. This is so ridiculous. How are you going to close an hour before your closing time but not change somebody's order to pick up and then be so unprofessional on the phone
