This Starbucks is located in a small commercial mall. Service is ok. Not memorable. I asked for a shaken espresso with light ice and “ok to have room in the cup.” Did they do it? Nope.. they filled it up with milk making the drink taste like pure milk. I blame the one who took my order cus she didn’t relay the Mssg. Just shows they dont care.

Stopped by last night to treat my daughter to a holiday Iced Crème brûle with oatmilk coffee. Adrian (great esthetics), I believe that was his name, was the drive through cashier was 10/10 amazing customer service. On 11/18 there was no oatmilk so I substituted with Almond milk which I thought would be a good choice. The issue I had was it tasted nothing like Crème brûle and I got it remade a 2nd time with more syrup, until finally I opted to just go with regular milk on the 3 time since something was off in taste. As a paying customer for a $6 plus specialty drink I expect some satisfaction on my purchasing product so I appreciated the effort to make my drink enjoyable. The major issue I have here was that the pink hair/ tattooed female barrista had an annoyed demeanor. Note that I was the only car in drive thru. Please remind your employees that it's their job to provide an enjoyable experience so customers return. Thank you to Adrian, he deserves a raise.

It blows my mind that this place has 4.5 stars by far the worst starbucks i have ever had the displeasure of going to. This place has got my order wrong way over 10 timesI ask for no ice, and they ad ice. Drinks more than often dont come out like they do at other starbucks. I keep coming back because first im stupid and second this place is 3min from my house, but its insane how often the mess up my drinks. I just started cali g starbucks and getting a refund, so at this point its ok they can mess up my drinks all they want

I was working in the field and stopped in to pick up a pumpkin spice latte that I mobile ordered. When I got my mobile order I realized I accidentally ordered the hot version instead of over ice. I asked the cashier if he could remake my drink and explained I meant to order iced not hot and I'd even pay the difference or pay for a new drink, but he made if for me free of charge! This location also had a really cute Pumpkin Spice Latte backdrop for photos. They might be a smaller store, but they're really cool here and they're the only store I saw that celebrated PSL season!

I just get a trenta ice water with extra ice. Baristas are super friendly, but I wish they did not change the ice. They need to keep the ice they had before the ice shape change. This spot does not have plugs for charging your electronics; which is pretty sad because Starbucks used to have a “2nd home” type of vibes.

Today I decided to write a review because it's been long awaited and this Starbucks is by far my favorite out of the many I've been to. I don't live in the area but visit this Starbucks frequently when visiting my boyfriend. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly. My drinks are ALWAYS on point. Every staff member I've encountered is very nice at all times of day. Management has done an AMAZING job in hiring great staff members.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The young lady was rude and gave me attitude after asking for a cup tray for 4 drinks. Of course, they didn't have any. And gave me more attitude asking for a bag to carry all my drinks out. I said, " Wow," so she would acknowledge her rudeness, and she said, " Well, it's been a day," and I replied with "Well that shouldn't have to affect me" meaning just because you're have a day doesn't mean you gave treat paying customers poorly. She and her coworker laughed at me as I was walking away. These young adults have absolutely no mannerisms nor the proper training. In public interactions and their field as barista. The frozen drinks were horrible. The whole experience there was just unbelievable. Whoever is managing this location needs to go back to the drawing board. Proper training is necessary in this location.

Very inconsistent in making drinks. I ordered a hot flat white with an extra espresso shot and a pump of vanilla. When I got to the window, it was made iced. They supposedly remade it, but when I tasted it, it tasted like just hot water. There was no espresso taste, no vanilla taste; nothing. It tastes like they just heated the iced version with the ice so it's watered down or something. This is a drink I order frequently, but they do not always get it correct.
