Dry tasteless tuna sandwich. Asked for chipotle mayo and they just added reg mayo. Daughter order a specific chicken sandwich the staff ended up making it a rostisary chicken footlong and definitely didn't like

placed an order for a sandwich meal and used door dash. The meal was never delivered to me. I called to see if they would return my money. they said they could not. BUT would give me a 50% discount on my next order. I don't want to have to pay , I just wanted my order. apparently if you order from door dash via subway website no one will take responsibility to reimburse you. its basically your fault. This subway wasn't helpful and just didn't care to resolve this. said I should call cooperate. look out for a Class action against subway and door dash , I'm sure tons of people have had this problem. no stars!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!! We bought 2 six inch subs and 2 bags of chips. A week later when I got my bank statement there were 6 charges from this subway made totaling almost $70!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and we will never be going back. I told my friends who work at the court and city hall not to ever go to this subway because they will scam you too. To top it off, the food wasn't even good. They barely put any meat on them and the lettuce was wilted. Don't waste your money. Go to jersey mikes instead

Ordered a Black Forest Ham and Cold Cut Combo on the app. Paid by PayPal. Special instructions were to have each half wrapped separately, a handicap makes it very difficult to handle a full foot long without it spilling a good portion onto the floor, they won't do it. Twice I ordered those two sandwiches and the foot longs aren't completely cut in half. The sandwiches are great, the staff aren't great. Apologies don't pick up the food from the floor and with a dog in a hot car and can't go in to complain on a 20 minutes break. So I'm stuck with a footling sandwich not completely cut in half all wrapped up as one. Yes, I'm calling the manager today. And-NO, there is absolutely no reason to return.
