Stay clear of this Subway. No Management around. They hire people that don't mind ripping off customers. Tuna salad bowl was skimmy and not worth the 10 dollars.

It was ok. Nothing to brag about. It was 4 of us on a Saturday afternoon (4:30 pm).The place looked clean and well taken care of. Service was also good. The lady was friendly and quick making our 4 subs.Food was good also! They also had some agua frescas in there, the watermelon cucumber was so good and refreshing lol!!

So I went to this Subway today around 7pm, and I experience some of the rudest customer service I have experienced ever. And then I asked for three cookies and they gave me all three of the other cookies I didn't even ask for. When I walked in they didn't even say hello welcome to Subway, she continued to empty the trash and not even acknowledge that we had walked in the door. What she did acknowledge me and my husband she just said are y'all ready to order like who does that who is that rude. Trust and believe this Subway never has to worry about me coming back cuz I will not be back to this location.

Customer service is basically zero at this location. I stood in the dining room for 15 minutes without a word being spoken to me. Wouldn't come back here.

If I can give this place a rating it will be 0". I work around the corner and been here couple times, 2nd to last time I went in morning paid Debt and gave a young nice lady a tip this was Friday of March 24th morning. Anyhow last few times I been there, there is no one to help you, Short staff i guess or Lazymess. I last came here Tuesday March 29th To grab a sandwich and as I get there I see a lady waiting and note it is very quiet as I'm behind lady and this Employee: Hispanic lady with pale skin and a black mask black hair was rude to lady in the way she looked at her. Giving her dirty looks" and after me being behind lady after like 5min she was finally being helped. Then it was my turn and she gave me this dirty look that usually I will say something but kept my cool. As I'm waxing for like 12 min she was picking her butt not doing a damn thing and not even helping me out‍ so I ask her you guys need help and she said something like yea well I just finished smoking some weed with my vape pen.. and as I stood there with no help I then left the subway with out buying no sandwiches. Very sad to see this... never ever coming to Subway Again!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! THIS HAPPEN Tuesday AT AEOUND 215-230 Girl with black hair Pale skin wearing a black mask. She is the RUDEST!! And All my fellow employees also ain't going there no more! RATING:0

Currently inside the store. 1 person working. It's 12. Lunch time. It's the sloooooooowwwest Subway I have ever been to. And the customers in front of me is asking to double toast the sandwich, taking it twice as long to make it. And the one before him wanted to chatter. No notion of the situation. This is a fast food restaurant.

I guess they only hire idiots at this subway they always mess up something when I order from DoorDash like today they gave me a coke I read of the vitamin water I ordered I called and asked if they had it instock and they did they just don't know how to read I guess and who tf mistakes spinach with lettuce?

There is always something missing from my order. Sometimes I order the herbs and cheese bread and they always give me the wrong bread. I'd finally had enough of it and called to complain this one time that I didn't get the bread I wanted, they wanted me to go all the way back to the store and give them the sandwich back just so they can throw it away and remake my sandwich correctly. I told them I wasn't going to drive all the way back because I was already home. They said there's nothing to can do about it and they took my name and number so that they can have a manager contact me about it. Manager never contacted me. I walked in the store to see why haven't I received a call back, they gave me the manager # and k was finally able to get some type of compensation, 10% off. And that was last time. This time, they AGAIN didn't have the bread I wanted, instead they put whatever bread they chose for me and didn't even try contacting me to see what other bread u would've picked, PLUS they forgot the avocado in my #12 sliced avocado turkey cali club. I am going to contact the store once again for messing up my order.
