When to Poke for the very first time today and didn’t know what to order, Gilbert was very helpful and polite. I must say food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back. Great food and great customer service.

Service has def improved since last I came; both today (10/16) and (10/10) the service was fantastic! Employees were friendly and were generous with their scoops! I always get the same order each time and not once has it failed me! Lots of topping to choose from, so a small size actually seems to be a medium to me lol

Pretty good! The fish was fresh and nothing was fishy, which is my main thing. The toppings were of decent selection. The rice though was way too hard, like it wasn't cooked enough. Then the price is expensive. All poke is but their online ordering price was way higher, which is too bad. If there is a next time we will figure out a better way. They do change for some toppings though that are free at other places and then they also limit how many you can choose. I dont know about in person, this is for online ordering.

First things first they have a B rating so that's always concerning. Didn't realize this till after I ate. Customer service was mediocre and the food was just okay. The store was rather dirty and looks like it hasn't been dusted and the ice didn't work. Overall don't know if I'll be back.
I've been coming here for a while and have seen such a drastic change in not only the food but especially the customer service! I have given it the benefit of the doubt and returned a few times and each time I'm greeted with such a negative demeanor it's very unwelcoming. There is a guy in specific that has such a bad attitude and truly seems like he hates being there and everything bugs him. It's sad that workers like this make companies sink! Hope he gets the proper training he truly needs. Also their portions for the price you pay is definitely not worth it which was never the case before not sure what has changed within the company but I'm assuming it's just inconsistent due to who works! I truly enjoyed coming here to eat with my family but sadly won't be returning after today.

I came here just for dessert after eating nearby, the service was fast, and the ambiance was pretty average for a little shop, but it was good. The mango sorbet was sweeter than the coconut, but both were very refreshing on a hot day. I loved the presentation of both, using a frozen mango & a coconut shell for each of the desserts respectively.Dessert: 4/5Service: 4/5Ambiance: 3/5Value: 4/5Overall: 3.75/5

Quite possibly THE BEST poke bowl I've had! Fresh salmon, scallops, and shrimp were simply amazing and just the right amount of rice and veggies. Service was also great. Everything went above expectation!

Ate twice within 4 days. Quick fix on the weekday when craving sushi. Thai tea is much better than milk tea. It's slightly bitter and done right.
