You need to stop smoking weed on your shift, so you can stop getting people orders wrong. I called and complained about not getting a pretzel bun. My order was almost $30, the last they can do is make sure to get the order right. Needless to say I'm very upset and disappointed. All the empire could say was "sorry, you got what you paid for" well Johnny, I ordered a PRETZEL BUN WITH A PLAIN BRAT AND EXPECTED TO PAY FOR WHAT I STATED IN MY ORDER AND I EXPECTED TO RECEIVE WHAT I WANTED. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE DUDE. PUT THE WEED DOWN AND WORK WHEN YOU'RE AT WORK.

Horrible service, my husband and I came here to try the new southern lemonade and other things but when we approached the window this older, heavy set, Hispanic women with dark roots and blonde ends walked away and acted like she was working on the ice cream machine a believe. We stepped back just so we could discuss what we wanted and when we were done we waited at the window. The women took 5 minutes before she looked up at me and even when she did she rolled her eyes and kept working. We waited another 5 minutes with still no “hello” we left. Really upset as this was our first time coming to this location and this is the experience you guys are giving! Horrible!
