Missing wings on my order when picked up, manager excuse being very busy . I don’t understand why can’t they double check orders before giving to customers. Not a professional service provided by this place when they make you come back to the store for their mistakes.

Always a late night dinner go to! And we always get garlic Parmesan! Pickup is pretty quick usually will be ready earlier than their promised time, but I wish service is better.

Needed lunch so thought I would go wingstop. First time ever having it. Did order on line and that had a 16 piece special so I tried it. They give you a chance to join so you can order faster.18 to 20 min when ready I came a little early clean with a small dining area. Young male at the counter asked if here or to go. He had a aura of yeah I have to be here to work. Unfortunately it's the aura surrounding customer service. But he was still friendly. It took the time that was estimated food was well packaged and smelled good. Wings tasteful and good size not dinky boneless, fries good with cheese like you put on nachos.Note: I saw a young lady with a thermometer testing the heat of the cheese and logging it on a tablet. Nice to see they are doing temperature control.Not too bad I would return to try some other flavors

Worse service for deliveries . Twice now, the order is delivered and missing items. Called to speak with the manager, and they said her name was Marissa. Still no return phone call and no refund.

I find it ridiculous they dont give their drivers the change. I ordered online placed my order and when the driver got to my house he only had change for 20s

CUSTOMER Service is trash , The manager with pink hair is so rude and didn't care about our concerns . Waited 40 minutes for an order that we placed 40 minutes before on the phone . We even paid for the order and they kept telling us that they were bagging it , when I get up again to ask after several minutes they say they are waiting on the fries but YET every customer left except US . They didn't help us nor treated us decently . I even told her hey , what's going on with our order it's too long and all she said " idk I wasn't here so idk " like girl you are a manager and All you going to respond is idk while I m over here telling you our issue . WINGSTOP MAnagement sucks . She didn't even TELL me her name when ask . She has pink hair and wears a mask . Happened at 10/01/23 @ exactly 8:27pM when requested a refund . As a manager she lacks customer service skills . hoW can you be a manager when you ain't a people person .RUDE RUDE take your service somewhere PEOPLE & I wasn't going to write a review but HER specific Attitude towards us & how she talked so bad to us instead of helping us with our order made me write it , im shock this supposedly manager couldn't even resolve an issue . Not even an apology just ignoring us & saying idk idk

Everyone cleans very well and is always checking if you need anything. My cousin said that they’re wings are good but personally I like the chicken sandwiches too ???

As much as I want to give a great review of this place... no. I ordered online and I wanted to get mild but to have the sauce on the side because it just tastes better that way. But there was no option for it. So I ordered it plain hoping that I can get the sauce on the side. Oh I got it on the side. And a charge of almost $2 for a small container. After I got my order, I went home to eat with the family. My CHILD is beyond grossed out saying "ew this was in my chicken" it was a small tear off green plastic. When I called to speak to a manager that apparently was not there, Melissa tells me "oh well all she's gonna do is give you credit" thanks gen Z! Manager never called me the next day til I filed a formal complaint online. Then she calls me saying that she doesn't know where it came from cause their food doesn't contain plastic. I'm pretty sure the chickens were not killed and cooked there. She then wanted to give me credit and it was only good for a month she tells me for that location. Or I can go to another location if I didn't want to go there. I proceeded to tell her that my child found this item in her mouth! She then finally gave me a refund for the food ordered. Would I go to that location again.. doubt it. I wasn't the only one with problems at this location that night. The lady before me didn't get hers cause they canceled her without telling her.
