Clean, well stocked, polite and tasty. The pumpkin pie reminds me of a muffin. Absolutely delicious.

Came here a few nights ago and was not greeted by the two employees. I said "hello" they both looked at me and continued with their conversation. A young girl with glasses and a young man with a really deep voice both just kept flirting and i felt awkward like if I was interrupting their little date. They were holding hands in the air measuring who's hand was bigger and giggling. Worst experience ever.

Amazing frozen yogurt! Fun atmosphere for children & adults!

The lady was so rude and we ask for a refund for it because itTaste like oil and she was like no we can give you a refund and I was like can I make a new one and she said no and started yelling at me and then I asked her for the managers number and she said that she was the manager, but then she changed it and said someone else was the manager and that’s when I left the store and she came out and yelled that she was going to give me the managers number

There’s a rotating series of flavors. Only a handful of seats.

Came into Yogurland the other day with my kids and I was making conversation with the nice ladies that worked there. They are very young and hard working by what I saw. I've gone in quite a few times and every time I go, the girls there always greet me with a big smile! It's a very clean store with great service. They definitely deserve a raise! I believe they are getting paid 15 an hour (which isn't even minimum wage) for the work they do. I would hate to see my kids working in a place with low pay while they give their honest service. Thumbs down for their bosses.

The yogurt land worker Samantha is so beautiful and so sweet . I was offered samples when I came and overall the service was amazing . I'd love to come again and leave Samantha a tip

For some reason the yogurt at this location is almost melted. Compared to other locations that I have visited. Most of the flavors had flashing maintenance lights. I would rather drive a little further to a different location to get actual frozen yogurt.

Came here for dessert with my boyfriend! Staff were very nice. We arrived 7 minutes before closing! I always love my original tart with cherry juice and almonds. My boyfriend loved his coconut and original tart with all his fixings (man, that guy loves his candy lol)

I visit this location often as my kids love it so we stopped by tonight for some dessert. They changed a few rules and when I asked a question the manager was so angry and rude when she was talking I couldn't believe it. She couldn't answer my question so she sent the owner out she said and she was even more rude. I was treated so horrible and mean never again will I go back. Not only that I was embarrassed in front of my child and they were scared and so uncomfortable it's crazy. I asked for her name and corporate number to call she gave me the wrong number and didn't wanna give me her name. I couldn't wait to get the yogurt and leave such a hostile environment. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone regarding this matter yet but I hope no one goes through that ever again.

I was refused service due to having a service animal. Even after explaining I am a Army Veteran & have a disability. I was still refused service.

I LOVE Yogurtland. I am a frequent customer - but this particular location has the yogurt really melted. I asked the sales associates about it and they said that's how it's supposed to be. The consistency is not there. And as a frequent flyer, I know for a fact this is not how "it's supposed to be." Go to the Cerritos or Artesia location or you will be disappointed.

Many of the toppings were just a few crumbs. Or at least the ones I wanted. Also.. why is there no public bathroom. Every other Yogurtland I have been to has a public bathroom. I tried to find one in another store. No public restrooms anywhere. I guess people in Norwalk don't have bladders.
