This will probably be the last time I order from the Novato location. These guys just don't pay attention. It's dead at one pm on a. Saturday and I'm having to wait an extra 15 minutes because they didn't see my ricked come in and print up. Kid at the register said "oh no the system glitched" but the ticket was printed and just sitting there. The past times I've been to the Novato location the food quality has been sub par, either over (burnt) or under cooked (still raw dough in the center) pizza. It seems like it's gone downhill over the years and they just don't care any more. Too bad, it was one of the best spots back in the day,

I hate to do this, but every time I call their their phone has an issue and they refuse to deal with it. It's super loud and annoying. Once it's fixed, I will remove this post immediately. Thank you. Otherwise the pizza is good.

No vegan options but obviously a vegetarian option or 2 or 3.... They get a decent quality pie out rather quickly so kudos for that.

Too many other choices to pick from. I should have looked at the Yelp reviews before I had this poor experience. Now that I made this mistake I will be more careful in the future, the review of POOR customer service will help others avoid making the same mistake. Not hopeful for this business unless they make changes.

I was always a fan of Mary's pizza shack in San Marin but since they have closed . We also frequent Mulberry street pizza in San Rafael but sometimes it feels like too long a drive (and they go overboard on toppings IMO). This is the next best thing! Cooked well, not too greasy, not too much cheese and tasty!! Good crust! Made fresh and fast! This is our new go-to for pizza for sure!

Ordered pizza for delivery. They initially sent the wrong pizza and missed my sub but I contacted them and they made it right right away. Great service and the pizza is tasty too!!

My friend Ricardo and I stopped here on our way back from "Hearts Desires Beach." We ordered a chicken, bacon & pesto pizza. With pesto cheesy bread. It was absolutely delicious! We will have to come back & eat here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stefano's Pizza is is one of my favorites. I have been going to this particular location for quite some time now. I ordered the Mill Valley Works last night and it was delicious! I love their crust and the pie overall was made to perfection. My family loves their homemade sausage so we order it as one of our toppings every time. We usually pick up our orders since we are not far away. The location is on the smaller side in a small strip small off South Novato Blvd. One of the workers greeted me when I came to pick up my order and he was as happy as can be. There is a sign on the register which says the first container is free and the second container is .75 cents. I asked if I could have a container of ranch and he gave me two. That was nice of him to give them to me free of charge. The guy who rang me up at the register was also nice and gave me a handful of paper plates even though I only asked for a few. I appreciate the great food and service every time.

Yesterday we ordered a pizza from these guy and OMG, all of us were sick for the entire evening. I am not sure what product they use as ingredients, but it was terrible. We will never ever use their service again

After a decade of shabby treatment at this place, Stefano's is finally dead to me. Last night (a Sunday night) was the last straw. The guy who took the phone order was rude and unprofessional. And when I pickled up my pizzas, he actually laughed and said: "It smells like hot cardboard! Ha ha!" Yeah, ha ha. I ordered two XL pizzas and the bill was $60. One of them, their super combo, HAD NO SAUCE ON IT. None. It was dry. If you can't make a decent pizza AND your customer service sucks so bad that it's insulting... please go out of business ASAP. I'll either make my own or drive to Petaluma for pizza from now on. Stefanos, you owe me $60.
