I finally stopped after driving by all the time. All freshly made. Good food and food prices. And the salsas from the salsa bar are are delicious.I will go again!

Second time at El Comal, I stopped for lunch. I had the pupusas (squash & cheese) for an appetizer and it was great. Had the Salvadoran tamales for lunch they were fantastic and full of pork & veggies. The masa has good texture. Was not packed like my first visit. Everyone must have been on the road for Thanksgiving. Will make it a stop when I come to California.

Ordered a carne asada burrito to go, when I got home I was disappointed to find the meat burned to a crisp. Horrible burrito

I had the al pastor, the cabeza, the tripa, and the chorizo tacos.The al pastor was the star, imo; the spices really shined through as the primary flavor in the adobada, which was both delicious and unique. The cabeza was the JUICIEST cabeza I have ever had, so soft and very savory for cabeza; cabeza is my favorite taco, so winning me on that one is something to brag about. The tripa and chorizo tacos were both also very delicious. I did not sample all the salsas, but both of the greens and the spicy red were all very flavorful, and the spicy was not super spicy so someone with sensitivity could probably enjoy it. They were all mini tacos, so I had 6 total, and that was filling.I definitely will be revisiting to try more.

Great menudo and birria. The tripas is the perfect balance between chewy and crunchy.I come here pretty frequently and am never disappointed.

Low grade meet cockroaches it's just not very clean this place and I mean it used to be a nice place not so nice now
Horrible place duty and bad service I won't recommend this place at all menu's are sticky flies everywhere duty table and food no good at all is nasty
