In the realm of culinary delights, few dishes can claim the universal appeal and versatility of pizza. Whether adorned with a classic combination of mozzarella and pepperoni or showcasing a daring fusion of gourmet ingredients, pizza has secured its place as a beloved comfort food enjoyed by people of all ages and backgrounds. Beyond the delectable flavors and rich culinary history, however, lies an often-overlooked element that can elevate the pizza dining experience to new heights: the role of the server. As I recently had the pleasure of experiencing, the perfect pairing of exceptional pizza and outstanding service, embodied by the remarkable Melissa, creates an unforgettable dining experience. The cornerstone of any exceptional dining experience is, undoubtedly, the food itself. A truly remarkable pizza embodies a harmony of flavors, textures, and craftsmanship that transcends the ordinary. From the tender yet crispy crust to the perfect marriage of tangy tomato sauce and creamy cheese, every element must work in unison to achieve pizza perfection. Whether wood-fired, Neapolitan-style, or thick-crust Chicago deep dish, the best pizza is a testament to the artistry and dedication of its creators. It tantalizes the taste buds, evokes feelings of comfort and satisfaction, and leaves a lasting impression that lingers in the memory long after the last savory bite. Yet, it is equally important to acknowledge the pivotal role of the server in shaping the overall dining experience. Enter Melissa, the embodiment of warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. From the moment she greeted us with a genuine smile to the moment we bid farewell, Melissa's presence enhanced every aspect of our meal. Her knowledge of the menu was unparalleled, effortlessly guiding us through a tantalizing array of pizza options while providing insightful recommendations that showcased her deep understanding of the culinary offerings. Her genuine passion for the food she served was evident in every word, elevating our anticipation and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience. Throughout the meal, Melissa's impeccable service remained a constant source of delight. Attentive without being intrusive, she ensured that every need was met with a graceful efficiency that never detracted from the enjoyment of the meal. Her ability to anticipate our needs, offer timely refills, and engage in genuine conversation elevated the dining experience far beyond the realm of mere sustenance. Melissa's presence transformed our meal into a memorable occasion, leaving us with a sense of appreciation for the art of service and a desire to return to her capable hands in the future.

Live music. Stopped making food between lunch and dinner, so we had to eat elsewhere...

The restaurant is located right next to the slides. It was very convenient as we got to play and eat at the same time. They have some toys to keep the kids entertained since our food took quite a long time to serve. The food and service were decent. The Margherita pizza with pepperoni was the best one I have had although I don't like pepperoni at all.

Cool restaurant with a nice bar, funny bartenders. Great place to relax after picking apples at nearby orchards. Free parking at the plaza.

Like living in an episode of Bar Rescue. Absolutely egregious wait for simple finger foods (which even came out cold), not to mention the long line to get seated. We were a party of two and they seat us at a six person hightop; doesn't seem efficient!Bartenders were busy chatting with their loud friends at the bar and enjoying some tequila shots, which explains a lot about the attitude of service. Shame Jon Taffer never came in to berate the staff.Save yourself some money and avoid this tourist trap.Parking: Parking was a madhouse.

The service here was horrible, came with family and the hostess was super sweet sat us down quickly but when it came down to the service there was none we were a table of 6 hard to miss but yet we were , we were completely ignored for 30min and when I mean ignored I mean ignored once seated no one acknowledged us 3 servers were seen but yet no one came to our table after 15min a table behind us even let saying they felt ignored also we continued to wait another 15min went by finally went to the bar and asked the bartender who's section we were seated in because we've been waiting for 30min and no one has come by only to have her say she didn't know who's section it was and that someone would be by shortly I said we've already been waiting 30min and no one has come to our table the place wasn't packed or super busy to be ignored for that long ! She didn't even apologize or say let me get someone for you . We finally walked out ! Never going back left a very bad impression of the staff .

Went today, and were promptly greeted and seated by the hostess, but 30 minutes in, not a single server greeted us. There were 3 servers working the outside area and not one made eye contact, bothered to bring us water, or let us know that they would shortly come over to take our order. When we asked the bartender who our waiter might be, bartender replied, "I don't know who's section is that is." During our wait we saw two other parties leave because no one had attended them either. Poor customer service, never going back.

Long line to get in(understandable for apple season) once seated waited over 20 minutes for chips and salsa. Told sliders would be an hours. Wanted to try somewhere new. Well we did so you don't have to Edit: big nasty hair in the salsa!

It is small with limited seating, they suggest you get there way ahead of time. It's a very small menu, but choices that everyone would like. The pizza was some of the best pizza I've ever had (margarita and meat lovers). I personally didn't have any drinks but thsoe in my party that did said they were not good.

Needs bar rescue ASAP. I was told it was self seating when I arrived so I got the last table available which was a high top table with stools... not a big deal , I have a 1 year old baby so I need a high chair but the high chairs they have are regular table sized so I quickly realized that our table wasn't going to work for us. There was a sign that said no changing tables on the menu but i wasn't just changing tables to get a closer visual to the slides, I was changing because our table wasn't ideal for my family and it was the last table so I was hoping for another one to open up. After waiting 30 minutes for a server to come take our drink order I quickly realized what the experience was going to be like. We ordered drinks and food all at once, I did ask the server if we could move and explained why and she said it's "first come first serve" which I thought was fair so we moved and when we did I'm assuming the manager or owner wasn't happy about it. I understand he has people waiting for a table but given "first come first serve" and our situation I felt like the table we moved to was more accommodating to our family, and our old table opened up so I wasn't sure what the big deal was. He went to rip our server a new one because we moved infront of the whole restaurant which made me really bummed for her, She was just trying to help us out. If seating is such an issue than have more of it that's accommodating to a "family environment" and also have a hostess to seat tables instead of "seat yourselves". All of our food came out at different times as well as tables around us and not 5-10 minutes, 25-35 minutes after the first 2 plates. This place is unorganized, understaffed, not accommodating to families, not enough seating.
