Management is so rude. Called for missing food 3 separate times and never once did they apologize for the inconvenience and were rude about it everytime. Had to drive back across town for replacement just for them to be rude and make me wait 20 minutes all over again. Think it was 2 older managers and I think one of them was store manager. Employees have been more respectful and have better customer service.

This place its always empty and still always messing up orders you pay for a $14 dollar burger to find out they put on your order a $5 burger and customer services are rude we pay 30 to 40 dollars to eat cold food

Every time I order I ask for no cheese (I’m allergic) and they always put cheese.. today I did an online order, half the stuff was wrong and already cold when I got there (at the estimated time of pickup) and the fries were old old. The guy at the window seemed like he hated his job .. I get having bad days but at least follow the order because some people could end up in the hospital with allergic reactions or worse.

Been going to Carl Jr's for years, tonight my wife had her usual Famous Star and I had the 5 piece chicken strips. Her FS was not even charbroil and it was the thinnest patty I've ever seen. My chicken strips were the size of chicken fingers, they used to be the best strips big tasty and real. Stay away from this rip off place. Strips turned into fake chicken fingers AND burger patty is small and thin. Took 2 of the best stuff at CJ and turned them into total garbage. I guess now they have to pay employees $15 so CJ is punishing the customers by giving garbage to eat and charging you much more. Pathetic !! WE WONT BE BACK !!
