As a long time hot dog lover, I recently discovered this awesome roadside food truck called "El Hot Dog Street Dogs" In Oakdale Ca. They offer up a unique blend of different signature hot dogs, burgers and chicken sandwiches. The Items on the menu that I have personally tried and would order again were....."The El Hot Dog,"**** The Chili dog"**** The Flaming Dog"**** Spicy Chicken Sandwich*** Phillycheese Steak**** The Mushroom Swiss Burger. I highly recommend the food, and atmosphere. Everything on the menu is served up with the highest quality ingredients. Excellent service, clean dining area. You will love the food.

At El Hot Dog Street Dogs serve up a unique blend of different hot dog concoctions such as "The El Hot Dog," The Queso dog" The Flaming Dog". They also serve unique Burgers. I highly recommend the food, and atmosphere. Everything on the menu is served up with the highest quality ingredients. Excellent service, clean dining area. You will love the food.

Service was meh they charge for card usage but Food was pretty mediocre which is unfortunate considering we'd heard such good things. Menu items are also overpriced for what you get. One of the workers at the mini pancake booth was giving us dirty looks the whole time we were waiting for our food.

Tried something new today! A gourmet hot dog food truck. Nothing special about the atmosphere...just a clean food truck area. The service was friendly and quite speedy! It's the hot dog that surprised me...delicious!! I had their "hot dog burger"; quality all-beef patty and dog with bacon and grilled onions. My mouth had a party with the flavors! And believe it or not, there was a hot dog in EVERY single bite I took! Check them out if you're rolling through Oakdale...you won't regret it!

The person working today got 3 of our 4 items wrong!!! It is usually really good, but today must have been a bad day for this worker. I said no tomatoes on my 2 cod fish sandwich specials, and they forgot to even put the nacho cheese on my chili cheese fries with Jalapeños and onions. At 8 bucks, a pop for each item. It is getting more and more likely that making my own at home would be made right and cost less. It's not just this facility, though. Quality control is down at almost every fast food place and restaurant nowadays. I don't know why people don't have more integrity in the food that goes out. When it's made correctly, it is usually such delicious food. Hopefully, this will be taken in the context written. I just want my food made right for the money I paid, that's all.

Stopped here on my way back to riverbank and so glad I did! My new favorite truck. The chorizo had so much flavor and that spicy mayo yummmm. I love that they have the "good fries" a lot of places load a bunch of stuff on mediocre fries and it's just not the same. Everything was perfect and the guy that took my order was especially friendly. Definitely going back this weekend. I HIGHLY recommend if u are in Oakdale
Had to try this Mexican Street Dog. Not sure this is an authentic south of the boarder speciality, but great nontheless.A big Hot Dog topped with carne asada, tomatoes, jalapeños, nacho cheese and mustard on a brioche bun. Out of this world.Nacho cheese topped flautas drizzled with cheeto dust. Perfect finish.#spicemeister approved.

This truck is killer especially when you are looking for something quick. I really enjoy their Aguas Frescas Pina and their Elote Dog. There is benches to use if you chose to eat there.

I would give this a zero if I could, worst hot dog I've ever had says bacon wrapped there so lazy they can't even follow there menu dont go here and easy your time and money. Last time I came here my friends I don't know if you seen that but my FRIENDS meaning more than one got food poisoning. Not worth the risk make them at home you'll save your money for these over priced shitty hot dogs, don't even look like the picture everything is soggy and kind feels like it's been sitting outside all day trust me go anywhere else.
