Definitely the best bbq locally. Closest to real Texas bbq I've had. He hasn't closed, just relocated across town. He's not next to the fruit stand anymore, he's often in the parking with the sports bar over on Yosemite headed towards river road/26 mile. Go try him out. Won't be disappointed.

Love their bbq. . I've known the owner for several years. They're moving into the old Tri Tippery location off 120.

There is a building on a corner lot, on the south side of 120, 1/2 way between Escalon and Oakdale. Right now the parking lot is blocked off with a chain link fence, but on the fence there is the iconic orange and black Fasty's BBQ sign! Fingers crossed...

Fasty"s where you at?? We miss you! Been eating your BBQ for years and have enjoyed every bite. I hope your working on opening a new location. Wish you luck on whatever you are doing.

Skipped town with no notice. I can only imagine why. Not gonna miss that's for certain.

Went by there today to my surprise they are permanently closed. I am very sad. I was a regular there & loved their food. Some people I see complained about the prices, but you get what you pay for & they had great BBQ so I didn't mind the price @ all! Y'all forget the time, effort, & love they put into their meat, beans, & slaw. Sorry to see you go! Fasty's you are gone but will never be forgotten. I'll miss you! Take care & God Bless. From the lady with the Dodge flatbed, & the wiener dog we love you!

This BBQ is verrry black pepper forward Brisket - Phenomenal Pulled Pork - Amazing Sausage - Amazing Smoked Turkey - Really good : It's moist but I think I wanted it to have more of a smoke flavor Sides wise: at first I thought I didn't like the slaw, liked the beans. But I realized after eating them both fresh (right at opening) and also hours later... both were significantly better later, the slaw especially.

Food Truck on side of road, we know they are very popular because we often see the sell out sign as we pass by, but this time we came early enough to buy some meats. We ordered 3 meats - Pull Pork, Tri Tip, Brisket, all were super tender and flavorful. Will definitely come back again when we can. The side pinto bean was good too. And it also came with a thick slice of bread, that must be what they call Texas Toast.

Amazing. Super friendly people, great food and probably my new obsession.

This was the perfect place to stop on our way home from Yosemite. The meat was perfectly cooked and simply fell apart in our hands. Everything was particularly fresh, including the unique BBQ sauce available to add. We'll definitely come back again someday!

Just go. Get the brisket. Get the ribs. Get the sausage. Say hi to Rob the owner. We just met him and he treated us like old friends. My wife and I have been all over Texas for BBQ at places like Franklin's, Snow's and Luling City Market. Fastly's is every bit as good. It is worth the trip.

I stopped in first time. I feel I got ripped off based off the website menu. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich side of beans and a soda. 17 bucks. Website show 6.50 for the sandwich and 2.50 for the side. Really 8 bucks for a can of Diet Coke?? And food was really just OK, nope won’t back pretty damn sure. And what I really wanted to try was the ribs but not for 32 bucks a rack. Really racks only???

They saved the day! Our caterer for a family celebration of life got into an accident. The food was great and cost less than the caterer.
