I went to order in the app and use my points and wait outside for my food but after I punched in my order and points it told me I had to go to the drive thru because curbside was closed. I went to then use my points at the drive thru but they disappeared. The Girl at the window was rude and gave me a B.S. excuse.

We won't be returning and advising friends and family to bypass that McDonald's and to let others know. We need.more caring and educated in manners and respect in this world. Not people that do great in an interview, then be obnoxious and uncouth once they get hired.

This McDonald's location has plenty of parking available and a lot of seats as well. The time I went, it was pretty quiet, which I prefer. Food quality and service is like typical McDonald's. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's location if you are in the area

Granted I did get curbside everything was much faster than any McDonald's in San jose could ever be!Parking: Truck parking spots for cars with trailers or semi-trucks even 18-wheelers and a very large amount of regular parking. Add a second parking lot of the same size as most Mc Donald's to a regular lot and that's what this place has!

I ordered breakfast on the app and after about 20 minutes of waiting for delivery the app told me delivery not available right now so I would have to come pick it up. I get there in the drive thru and the lady working the drive thru was super rude and said breakfast is over we have to cancel your order. I ordered at 10am on the app. They should’ve already had it made

Haven't been to McDonald's in years. Wife asks me to get her a smoothie. We order online $9 and change. Go to pick it up and boom machine is down. They are very sorry give me a refund. Well I have to agree they are very sorry. What's the deal McDonald's first you can't keep your ice cream going now smoothies. If your deep frier ever goes down you are fried.
