The pizza is always great. Employee’s are always helpful and polite. But a large 14” vegetarian pizza costing over $35 dollars is just unacceptable. Menu says the 14” pizzas will feed 2-3 people… A single person could easily eat the “large” pizza alone. I will no longer purchase pizza from this restaurant.

Don't ever order Mountain Mike's through any apps like Doordash or UberEATS! If your item is stolen by a driver they WILL NOT REMAKE your order you're just out the food. I honestly won't be spending anymore money there as a customer either just because of how the situation was handled.For contrast the other two orders I have had stolen from Togo's and Nick the Greek were both handled professionally and they remade the items and charged the app twice (as they should!) And both customer's were satisfied which is all that mattered to me. Because either way I still get paid. I'd give their customer service zero stars.

man this was the best mountain mikes I ever had the pepperonis were perfect the dough oh my god was soft but still had a crunch the sauce was perfect you guys really got the touch on making pizza I will be back...!

My pizza was absolutely delicious, but it's sucks that when I went in to pick it up, every single worker in there, which was mostly young girls, looked miserable and had terrible attitudes. Made the experience really crappy and honestly kind of put me in a bad mood. I watched one of the girls taking the order of an older couple at the register, and the couple couldn't decide what they wanted and I saw her literally lean against the top of the register/counter with her hand under her chin with an annoyed face as if she was irritated that the couple was taking a moment to look at the menu. These younger workers just seems to have no customer service or patience
Greek pizza and they kept a lot of it coming for the lunch special! Friendly service, the only downside was the salad bar was a little week. The lettuce was kind of brown and Wilty. But overall great place for lunch.

I would like to say how happy we were with our pizza and how pleasant the young lady at the counter was. Our last pizza order had been horrible, so I contacted Mt. Mike's to say how disappointed we were. I received a quick response and apology along with two vouchers for a free large specialty pizza. This most recent experience/order is exactly why we've been 20+ year customers of Mt. Mike's! The pizza was cooked absolutely perfect and tasted so good. And the young lady working the counter was super friendly, polite and professional.Thank you for restoring our faith in Mt. Mike's!!
